Welcome to TGFX, a YCM GFX team. Here you can get CnC on your works, share resource sites, and share PSDs and XCFs.

This is a fairly simple club rules-wise. Just don't spam, and all YCM rules apply.

To join, just ask, and I will decide whether or not you are accepted.

[spoiler=Supportive?]

Then make a club button please.

Thanks.

[spoiler=FAQ]

Q: Why was this club created?

A: To meet the need left by the closing of MGFX.

Q: What does TGFX mean?

A: Well, there are several meanings, choose whichever one you want, Team GFX, Total GFX, and whatever else you think of.

Q: Can I be a club leader?

A: Prove that you should be.

Q: What are PSDs and XCFs?

A: Shareable files containing all of the layers of a work, un-rasterized. They are used so that members can share every piece of their work and not just the whole.

Q: Why isn't there a banner?

A: Because no one has made one yet.

I know I suck. I can't follow tuts. For some reason my GIMP won't allow me to add any Brushes. So I can only do stuff out of randomness.

Text: It was supposed to be a banner for my club Shibuya Station. Line: Pentool. Can't change the crappish colors.

kk. Thanks.

I just learned about adjusment layers after I made this sig so yeah.

This was like, my first even close to being good sig.

Well, I'm not quite sure, my mom got my CS2 with a discount from the college she worked at when her program went out of business.

I think current CS4 runs about $2000 for the whole set, but you can download the trial version at adobe's website.

Also, I'll get you those links.

EDIT: Here's one, it is a site full of GIMP tuts, click here.

Both seem pretty solid.

@ Freeshooter:

• Welcome to the team

• Seems good, but the render is a bit boring. Choose one with more flow next time.

@Teen Gohan: Move c4d behind render, and make it bigger. Blur a bit, then repeat at various sizes and such. It should help the flow quite a bit.

I will have the PSD up in a bit. I hope you guys will like it.
