In that case I say...DITTO. Ditto can turn itself into anything and can therefore make itself as large as it wants.

 

 

Good point. But Ditto is a pokemon (right?) so all he could morph into is wailord. And that is smaller than collossuses

 

Ditto can turn into any physical object. Therefore, he can turn into a Collossus.

This. Shadow of the Colossus monsters own any, and every other monster in size.

 

EDIT: I think that friggin machine with eight legs from Jet Set Radio Future may have been equal in size. Ya had to climb (grind) like, 10 sets of rails and stairs just to et to it, and that wasn't even it's very top. >.>
