i'm sorry, but if you mean that you want to rate people's decks, why dont you just scroll through the list, select one, and rate it, instead of making a single thread for everyone to post decks in.

 

judging by your severe lack of grammatical correctness and apparent immaturity the poll you created seems to show, i doubt your a very good duelist let alone an Advanced duelist.
