Jack the Ripper is a crazy genius psychopath who again is a genius, and took the police a long time (That sums it up <_<) to catch him. That is pretty much his nature.

it made me wonder at times how much Soul Legacy intends to siphon from the Saw series, since it IS technically just a modern day Jack the Ripper...........

It will then play the lyrics
