no, irony is stupid like that, and even then it doesn't work when you take meta into account.

if charmers were on the meta, the only thing theyd beat is those freaking attribute messes that get powered up to useless effects when so and so attribute is on the field.

charmers are awful.

sheet, vanilla beatdown tops charmers.

my troll dragons would probably beat em.

This topic needs to get shot.

I don't know Emo' date=' alot of people [b']HAT[/b]E this topic and you can at least say that it is entertaining.

ur trying to defend a transvestite/cross dresser/homo/misunderstanding, I find it annoying that ur trying to defend a bad card. Why don't you defend JD shade of blue?

May I ask who are you to determing what is and is not a bad card. I once made a chamer deck that focused on using charmers to take control of my opponent's monster to sacrifice for stronger monsters or my possessed charmer. I personally have been waiting for na card like Dharc and while you are entitled to your opinion that it is bad I am entitled to think that it is good. In the end it is all just opinions, but I have personally seen so called "bad cards" cripple meta based decks.

lol NO

Charmer's are terrible. Look through the posts. I am not the only one. U go up against a Hopeless, Macro, LS, Tele DAD, ur basically screwed.

I don't know if you've noticed it, but this topic isn't exactly about which deck types/cards are good and which not.

Obviously boy is boy.

that is the thing though. It is not that obvious. if you don't count the not sure votes the count is 30 to 10 (I say 30 because one of the yes votes are mine. I accidently clicked yes when I meant no). That would mean that one fourth of the people here think that Dharc is a girl. While the votes might be in favor for Dharc being a boy that kind of ratio leaves room for dout.

I love dharc, but he is so totally a boy. You make alot of sense in your posts, but all you have to do is simply look at the yugioh TCG history. Every "girl" card to this points has very large breats because well japs are pervs (No offence to anyone)

Lets look at it this way, Dharc was released last simply cause its the best one. Dark monsters are far more used then any other, and dark ususally has the best monsters. Wouldent it make sense to make the dark one a boy? Just simply because darkness is less girly then the other elements?. You associate darkness with demons/zombies ect. Men are simply stronger then women (im not sexist) so it makes sense to make the "charmer" for the strongest element a boy.

Pikeru, Curian, Toon Dark Magician Girl and Amazon Archer are girls that don't have big breasts.

Well pikeru and curran are little girls. But, since no one here feels like explaining what charm is, I'll explain *clears throat*

Charm has many meaning and associations, but, to make it easy, I'll use males and females as an example. There are certain things called female and male charms, which is often used to manipulate the other gender. That is what charming is, too manipulate. Men can charm as well as women, now, charm is just manipulating something to further one's goals. Konami could've put manipulator instead of charmer, but, charmer rolls off the tongue better than manipulator, it would be tasteless to say 'I summon Wynn the Wind Manipulator'.

I has come to my attention that some of you (infact most you) think that Darc the Dark Charmer is a guy. Well I am here to prove you all wrong through reasoning and deduction. First let me put up pics of all five charmer cards for they will be needed for this.

Okay now that we have these all here I can behin my argurement. Now the first thing I would like to point out is this little web page right here: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Charmer . Go ahead' date=' click it, read it up and down. I'm sure that 90% of us are familiar with this site and how creditable it is on it's info. Now that we have all taken a good long look at the page we see that it lists a bunch of little tid bits about the chamers, but something is missing, what could that be..... oh wait I know. The part where Dharc is the first boy in a set of cards that have a large fan base and and have thus far been made up of girls. A site that had the need to state the fact that Pikeru and Curran were sisters and not just rivals couldn't have overlooked that, now could they?

Now I know this isn't really enough to prove that Dharc is a girl so I have a few other things to add. I think one of the problems you are having is that you all might be pronouncing her name wrong. You probally think that it is pronounced Dark, like the very type she is. Yes Dark does sound like a very manly name doesn't it, but take a look at our favorite wind type charmer. Wynn, while having a name close to her type isn't quite there. So I believe that Dharc is pronounced Darse, now there is a more feminine sounding name even if it does sound like a british person talking about someones backside.

Still not conviced? Well I can understand if you are male. Dharc lacks two things that males identify a person having if they are a girl, namely boobs and a skirt. Now I would like to point out that Aussa up there also wears shorts and there has been more than one time that a friend of mine has called her a him because she looks like a brown haired Harry Potter without the scar, despite the fact that her breast are plain to see. I think that Dharc is just a late bloomer, it happens and that might in fact be one of the reasons she is so dark and brooding.

I have also heard clams that she can't be a girl because she is "too ugly". Evil does something to a person, both physicly and mentally and that is what darkness is: evil. Despite what are friends the Dark Magician and Dark Magician Girl try to tell you. Dharc is just worn from all the horrors she has face to become a dark charmer which is probally 10 times as hard as befriending some small woodland creature like the other four girls had to do. The collar around her neck suggest that she might even be a slave to the darkness, given her powers by some more powerful being to use against the other charmer. Also I say FU! to people who say she is not a girl becuase of this reason. I think that Dharc is the second cutest charmer (The first is of course Wynn).

The name "charmer" almost implies that all of these cards are girls. Girls are know to be the most charming of the two genders, they can be so without even trying. Guys on the other hand are crude and tend to be forceful more often then charming, even if they try to fake it by making a character named Prince Charming which if you read the book The Claiming of Sleeping Beauty you would know he was anything but.

Well I hope this has shown you the true natrue of Dharc. I am welcome to rebuttle, but I hope I have already proved her gender with the facts I have shown here. I think that in a few months we will see the Possessed form of her and see that she has grown a pair of boobs herself. My idea is ther other cards are just stages in their life (13-18-adult for example). If that does happen then it will prove that I was right beyond a shadow of a dout, but if not then I will just have to fall back on this list of reasons I have listed here.

I happen to think that Night's End Sorcerer is the 'familiar-possessed' form and Tempest Magician is the adult form.

Weather Report forced me to vote 'yes'! Grr.

If you look closely at HER' date=' SHE has what look like EYELASHES. And if every other charmer is a girl, why wouldn't Dharc be one, too?

[/quote']

Gasp, your right. I thought those might of been her eyebrows, but now that I look Dharc has two thin eyebrows slightly hidden in her hair so those must be eyelashes. These are both very feminine characteristics. How did I miss that.

i should go vote.

Yeah you better or P. Diddy will hunt you down and kill you.

lolwut?

What has Sean 'P. Diddy' Combs has to do with this?

Nothing really, but with his whole "Vote or Die" campian you can never be too careful.

Thin eyelashes, and notorious for being "emo", both of which are traits Dharc has.
