Red fire works explode across the stage as the crowd stands to there feet, blowing the roof off the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.

 

“Welcome to Extreme Rules! I’m Michael Cole alongside ‘The King’ Jerry Lawler! I have been anticipating this night for many weeks and its finally here!

 

“I can’t believe it is here either! I am so exciting to get the show kicked off here!”

 

"Well JR are you ready for this? Yes it's time for the Brass Knuckles match.”

 

"I've been waiting for this match since it was announced.”

 

Zack Blaze

 

Zack Blazes runs down the ramp and enters the ring. He turns around when he hears an explosion of pyro.

 

Big Show

 

Big Show walks out, with a large set of brass knuckles on his hand.

 

Just as the Big Show is about to step over the ropes, Alex Ryder rushes from the crowd, hops the barricade, and hits the Big Show in the leg with brass knuckles.

 

DING

 

"Where did Alex Ryder come from? Well anyways this match is underway, and it seems young Ryder is looking to take out the giant Big Show right away.”

 

Big Show drops off the apron and pushes Alex, who goes rolling, about five feet. Alex gets up and both he and the Big Show turn around in time to see Zack Blaze launch himself over the top rope, and knocks them both down with a shoulder tackle.

 

"Zack Blaze just knocked the Big Show off his feet! That's an accomplishment right there. Let's see if he can keep this momentum.”

 

Zack picks up Alex, and pulls him into a headlock, where he proceeds to punch Alex in the head three times while wearing the brass knuckles. He turns around and sees the Big Show beginning to rise, Zack then dropkicks Show's knee, causing the giant to fall. Zack then turns his attention back to Ryder, kicking him in the ribs, before picking him up and sliding him into the ring. He goes for the pin.

1...2.. kick out!

 

"That was close. He better watch out though, the Big Show's back, and he looks angrier than normal.”

 

The Big Show climbs into the ring, throws Zack into the corner, then throws Ryder in the same corner, who ends up facing Zack. Big Show runs at the two, hitting an avalanche splash in the corner. He then backs up and watches Alex Ryder fall, and land on his back, followed by Zack Blaze falling face first, hitting Ryder below the belt. Ryder sits up in pain, before Show kicks his head, knocking him down again.

 

"Wow, Alex Ryder's gonna feel that in the morning.”

 

"Well Zack Blaze definitely used his head, intentional or not.”

 

Big Show throws Alex Ryder out of the ring, and Alex lands painfully, hitting his face off the barricade. Big Show then grabs Zack Blaze, winds up, and hits a Knockout Punch, with the brass knuckles. He places a foot on the unconscious Blaze's chest.

1....2....3 DING DING DING.

 

Winner – Big Show

 

"Well that was a slobberknocker of a match, and it's no surprise the Big Show was victorious here.”

 

"But, Alex Ryder and Zack Blaze did tremendously well considering who they were up against.”

 

The Big Show exits the ring and heads up the ramp, as Blaze and Ryder struggle to their feet and eventually leave in extreme amounts of pain.

 

Mr. Kennedy defeats the Miz in the Mic/Reality Check match after hitting the Miz with a Mic Check on a Steel Chair.

 

Fergal Maddox

 

The crowd boos as Maddox enters and walks down the ramp in his signature trench coat, and climbs into the ring.

 

Gregory Helms

 

Helms enters with the championship belt on his shoulders and the crowds gives him a huge pop. He enters the ring climbing the turnbuckle to get an even bigger pop from the crowd. The ref. holds up the championship before starting the match.

 

Maddox rushes at Helms hopping to hit a clothesline but Helms counters with a leg sweep, knock Maddox on his back. Helms covers 1… and Maddox kicks out. Maddox gets to his feet and Helms punches him, Maddox punches back and then kicks Helms in the gut and throws him out of the ring. Climbing out Maddox reaches under the ring apron, pulling out a trashcan. Helms recovers though and drop kicks the trashcan into Maddox’s face, sending him to the ground and putting a gash in his forehead. Helms rolls Maddox into the ring and climbs the turnbuckle, and jumps hitting Maddox with a frog splash. Helms covers 1…..2…. and Maddox recovers kicking out just before the three count. Helms picks Maddox up and prepares to deliver the Eye of the Hurricane but Maddox counters and uses a jawbreaker sending Helms down. Exiting the ring Maddox grabs a steel chair, and enters cracking Helms with it as he stood then Maddox goes to the top rope and hits Broken Skull! 1..2..3..!

 

Winner (and still Hardcore Champion) - Fergal Maddox

 

The crowd boos as Maddox smiles, holding up his Hardcore Championship belt

 

Mark Henry

 

He walks down the ramp, Tony Atlas following him.

 

Jackson’s entrance plays.

 

He walks down to the ring and he enters the ring standing next to Mark Henry.

 

Hart Dynasty’s entrance plays.

 

Smith enters the arena with Natalya and Tyson Kidd the crowd boos heavily.

 

 

Burchill’s music plays.

 

He walks down the ramp with Katie Lee on his arm, and taunts the crowd as they boo him.

 

Ezekiel Jackson and Paul Burchill start the match off. Paul and Jackson lock up and Jackson gets the upper hand picking Burchill up on his shoulders and slamming him to the mat. Jackson then goes for an elbow drop, but Burchill rolls out of the way and tags Smith in. Smith scoops up Jackson and Powerslams him to the match. Cover 1...2… Jackson kicks out. Smith picks up Jackson on his shoulder going for the Running Powerslam, but Jackson gets out of it and counters with a huge clothesline. Both superstars are down, the ref starts counting 1….2…3…4….5.. Jackson to his feet and tag in Mark, Smith tags in Burchill. Henry nails Burchill with a huge right hand. Burchill is knocked out of the ring and sent to the floor. Katie sees to her brother and the ref starts the count. 1…2…3…4…5…6…7..8..9..

Tiffany’s entrance interrupts the count.

 

Tiffany: Hold on. Burchill is knocked out so Tyson Kidd will take his place.

 

Tyson hops into the ring as the legal man, Henry try’s to hit him with a right hand but Tyson is to fast and avoids it. He uses the ropes to spring board into Henry sending him reeling. Smith enters the ring, and Tyson and Smith do a double leg drop sending Mark to his back. Tyson goes to the top rope, and hits an Elbow Drop, then he tags in Smith. Smith applies the Sharpshooter on Henry and Jackson enters to break the hold but Kidd Drop kicks him out of the ring. Henry tries to drag himself to the ropes but can’t. Henry’s hands beat on the canvas.

 

Winners - Tyson Kidd and David Hart Smith.

 

Tommy Dreamer

 

Dreamer enters and gets a huge pop from the crowd.

 

Christian

 

Christian enters getting a huge pop as he makes his way to the ring his eyes on the championship.

 

Dreamer and Christian stare at each other as the match is started, they exchange a few words, then Dreamer nails Christian with a punch and Christian retaliates with a series of punches. He Irish whips Dreamer into the turnbuckle the runs at him. Dreamer gets out of the way and Christian hits the turnbuckle. Dreamer the uses a neck breaker and exits the ring grabbing a trash can lid off the ground. Climbing back into the ring where Christian had just gotten back to his feet, when he turns around Dreamer smashes the lid over his head and he falls again. Dreamer covers 1...2… Christian kicks out. Christian recovers getting to his feet leaning on the ropes, Dreamer dashes at him but Christian counters throwing Dreamer over the top rope and he’s sent crashing to the outside. Christian rolls to the outside, going to the announce table picking up a steel chair, and walked back around smashing it across Dreamer’s back. Dreamer winches and screams in pain. Christian rolls him back into the ring and goes for the cover. 1..2….. Dreamer barely manages to kick out. Christian looks frustrated as he pulls Dreamer to his feet and goes for the Killswitch. Dreamer counted hitting the DDT. COVER 1..2.. NO Christian kicks out just in time. Dreamer looks shocked as he exits the ring grabbing a trashcan and placing it in the ring. Christian comes up behind Dreamer as he was setting up the trashcan and uses a clothesline. Christian takes the trashcan a bends it over Dreamer’s head. Cover 1…2… no Dreamer gets the shoulder up. Christian shakes his head and heads to the top rope, Dreamer gets up folding Christian down, then he backs to the opposite corner. Shouting ECW he runs across the ring hitting the drop kick. But before he could cover Jack Swagger comes out of nowhere cracking a chair over Dreamers head. The ref rings the bell. Swagger yells in Dreamer’s ear before picking him up and hitting the Red, White and Blue Thunder Bomb.

Vladimir Kozlov defeated Raven in a Steel Cage Match after hitting an Iron Curtain and walking out the cage door.

As the Match Begins Jericho goes straight after Jeff, and Kane starts punching Punk, Jericho dropkicks Jeff into Kane which sends him into the corner

Punk runs into the corner but Kane moves and places Punk in the corner he starts rapidly punching Punk with right hands meanwhile Jericho picks Jeff up and throws him through the middle rope

Kane sends Punk into the opposite turnbuckle Kane runs after him and hits a corner clothesline, on the outside Jericho is beating Jeff's head against the barrier before

throwing him into the steel steps Jericho walks over to Jeff and hits a clothesline

 

Kane and Chris Jericho seem to be in control of this match

 

Kane inside the ring attempts a big boot but Punk rolls out of the way Kane turns around and Punk hits an Enziguire on Kane sending him stumbled into the ropes Punk runs at him jumping and diving sending them both out of the ring next to Jeff and Jericho

Jericho looks at Punk he runs at him connecting with a dropkick to his ribs in a baseball slide fashion Jeff barely stands behind Jericho and starts punching him, he throws him into the ring post nearby meanwhile Kane has stood he and walks towards Jeff

Punk sneaks past Kane to get to Jericho and they start fighting up the ramp Punk kicks Jericho in the gut and hits a neckberaker on the steel ramp he walks back towards the ring and gets welcomed by Kane who big boots him successfully Jeff who has been thrown into the crowd

awaits Jericho to walk down the ramp while Jeff gets back to Vertical basis as Jericho walks towards Kane and Punk Jeff jumps off the barrier and takes down all three competitors Jeff smiles as he walks to the ring "you wanna see the Extreme Enigma" Jeff grabs a chair he places it on the ground as he grabs a table

he places down near the chair and Jeff picks the chair up he runs at the standing Kane and uses so much force that he lets go of the chair

Jeff places Kane on the table before climbing into the ring as he was about to run at the ropes to leap over Kane sits up and Jeff stops immediately although Jericho slides into the ring behind Jeff and hits him in the back of the skull with the chair, by now the bleeding Kane has set another table up on top of the one Jeff set up

he rolls into the ring hitting a few right hands on Jericho before a big Throat Thrust Kane Taunts for the Chokeslam and Jericho stands he connects, Kane taunts again this time towards Jeff and Kane walks towards the injured warrior, as he stands Kane remembers the Tables outside the ring Kane lifts Jeff up and over the ropes sending him through both tables

 

JEFF HARDY IS ELIMINATED

although Jeff is laying unconscious outside the ring the match continues with Kane smiles Punk slides in behind Kane and as Kane turns around Punk manages to lift Kane for a GTS Punk rolls out of the ring and grabs a Trashcan with its lid he holds it up and walks towards Jericho who is on his hands and knees as Punk comes towards him he switches positions and drop toe holds

Punk sending him face first into the trashcan Jericho stands with lid he looks like he is about to hit Punk with it instead he looks out of the ring at the World title Jericho slides out and grabs it e looks at Punk who is getting up Jericho ties the belt around one of his legs and a CODEBREAKER with the belt on Jericho's knee Jericho takes it off and waits for Kane as Kane stands Jericho runs at him

Kane ducks and as Jericho comes back at him. Kane once again grabs Jericho but Jericho knees Kane in the gut (at this point Jeff is being led out on a stretcher with a a neck brace)as Jericho goes for a Codebreaker Kane positions Jericho's back over the title so even though Kane got hit by the Codebreaker Jericho landed on the belt no one in the ring is standing at this time, Yet Kane is stiring he sits up

and steps over the ropes and out of the ring he gets another table and sets it up in the ring Kane walks over to Punk picking him up about to Chokeslam Punk through the Table Punk somehow pushes away and lands Dazed on his feet he hits a high kick to the head connecting on Kane by this point Jericho is up h positions the table Diagonal near the turnbuckle he picks up the belt again and slaps into

Kane's head knocking him onto the table Jericho looks and runs up the turnbuckle and does a lionsault sending Kane through the Table

 

KANE HAS BEEN ELIMINATED

 

did you see that, Kane's eliminated and its down to Punk and Jericho

 

while Jericho is laying flat Punk rolls out of the ring and gets ANOTHER table Punk sets it up in the ring

Punk walks over to Jericho and picks him up Punk starts punching him ruthlessly and then a strong kick to the mid-section followed by another neckbreaker Punk picks up the dented chair and hits Jericho across the back with it several times Punk Kicks Jericho in the ribs making him roll out of the ring Punk picks Jericho up and hit him against the steel barricade leading up the entrance ramp Punk picks Jericho up

and hits a huge right hand making Jercho roll up the ramp Punk starts kicking Jericho on the stage again and again Punk starts to recuperate and Jericho starts to barely stand as Punk walks over to grab Punk Jericho hits an elbow into the gut of Punk then Jericho manages to stand and hit an enziguire on Punk after a while both men start to stir when they get up they start a fist fight Jericho gets in control and starts

punching Punk all out as they go back stage Jericho throws Punk into a wall Jericho walks further backstage and when Punk stands he follows him as he walks around a corner he gets a trashcan lid to the head Jericho grabs Punk before he falls and he rams his head into a wall again Jericho walks off and soon returns with what was a catering table He sets it up next to Punk and rams his head into it Jericho once again walks off

and this has a chair upon his return he hits it across the spine of Punk BUT no Punk rolls away he stands and kicks the chair into the head of Jericho

 

whoa this match keeps going back and forth

but it alls comes down to who can put the other through a table

 

Punk now grabs the chair again hitting it repeatedly across the back of Jericho who is writhing in pain Punk just continues the attack and this time gets the trashcan lid and hits into the spine of Jericho Punk places the Chair on the ground he picks up Jericho and kicks him in the mid-section and connects with a DDT onto the chair and Jericho is now busted open Punk picks Jericho up and throws him onto the table

Punk stands him up about to DDT him but Jericho punches Punk and carefully gets off he pulls Punk down and hits a clothesline Jericho drops to his knees and starts to regain himself he stands and and kicks Punk in the stomach he walks over and grabs the chair smashing it into the side of Punk's head busting Punk open Jericho stands Punk up kicks him and lifts him up and connects with a powerbomb right through the table

 

CM PUNK HAS BEEN ELIMINATED

Randy Orton

 

'Voices' blasts through the speakers as the reigning WWE Champion walks into arena, facing the ring surrounded by 400 degree flames. Randy Orton walks down the ramp with a pale look on his face as he is just moments away from the biggest match of his career. Randy walks up the stairs and walks inbetween the second and third ring rope. Orton looks around the ring as he realizes that his career could end tonight.

 

"Randy Orton is stepping into the biggest match of his carrer, and King, what will Randy Orton have to do to not catch on fire, and retain his WWE Championship?"

 

"Well, he has got to set Dark Inferno on fire, but Dark Inferno is on a roll winning a couple Inferno matches these past couple of weeks on Raw. He's caught both members of Legacy, Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase, on fire. Orton will have to be careful that doesn't happen to him tonight."

 

 

Dark Inferno enters the arena with a big smile on his face as he looks to gain WWE Championship gold. He walks down the ramp and stares at Orton. Inferno looks confident as ever as if he were in a regular match. Inferno comes to the side of the ring and gets close to the fire and smiles. He walks up the stairs and climbs in between the second and third ring rope. Dark Inferno points to the side of the ring that hasn't been lit yet. He lifts his hand and the fire slowly builds up.

 

"The Inferno match is like a playground to Dark Inferno. He feels more comfortable here thatn Randy Orton feels outside of it."

 

"Well, Randy Orton has got to make the Inferno match his playground if he wants to stand a chance againt Dark Inferno tonight."

 

"Tonight is the night I put you out of action" Dark inferno says as he gets in the face of Orton.

 

"Dark Inferno, Randy Orton..." The fans cheer lowdly as The Rock appears on the titantron. "As I said earlier on Raw, I was going to be the guest referee, and that there will be a third competitor tonight. Well, I've got some bad news." WHAT! "I will not be able to be the guest referee tonight." WHAT! "And the other thing is, the third competitor has not made it to the arena in time." WHAT! "Therefore, this will be a 1 on 1 Inferno match for the WWE Championship." The Rock disappears off the titantron and the bell sounds.

 

Main Event: Randy Orton vs. Dark Inferno [inferno Match] [WWE Championship]

 

Match: Ding Ding Ding! Orton backs away from Inferno, but Orton turns around and realizes that the ring is covered in flames. He turns back around and is met with a clothesline, sending him to the mat, and making the flames get taller. Inferno tries for the easy win and tries to push Orton over the toop rope, but Orton fights it off. Orton lands a series of punches to the head of Dark Inferno. Randy Irish Whips Dark Inferno to the ropes and on Inferno's return, Orton wraps his long arms around the neck of Dark Inferno. Inferno starts to fade, but doesn't, and land a couple of elbows to the gut of the WWE Champion, and Orton breaks the hold. Inferno and Orton exchange punches, each causing the flames to rise a little bit more than the last. Orton gets the upper hand and kicks Dark Inferno in the gut. Orton wraps his arm around Inferno's neck, twists him around, and drops him across Orton's back, excecuting an inverted backbreaker. Orton hooks the legs of Dark Inferno, but lets go as he remembers that there are no pinfalls. Orton stands, bounces off the ropes and hits a baseball slide on Dark Inferno sending him closer to the flames. Randy Orton picks up Dark Inferno, lifts his head up and hits an uppercut.

 

"Orton is taking control of this match. If he can keep this up, he will retain his WWE Championship."

 

"Orton is trying everything in his power to win, but it hasn't happened yet."

 

Dark Inferno is leaning on the ropes, while Orton is pounding away at his head. Orton Irish Whips Dark Inferno to the opposite side of the ring. Randy Orton puts his head down, looking for a back body drop, but Dark Inferno returns and kicks Orton square in the face. Inferno kicks Orton in the gut and puts his head between his legs. Dark Inferno lifts up Orton and drops him, hitting a Powerbomb! The flames raise high as Orton's body hits the mat. Dark Inferno pick up Orton and raises him high above his head, looking to throw him into the flames. Orton crawls down his back and Dark Inferno turns around. RKO! Orton looks around as if he is looking for something to do. Orton picks up Dark Inferno and pushes him to the ropes. Orton tries to push Dark Inferno over the ropes into the fire, but Inferno won’t budge. Dark Inferno lifts up Orton over him and throws him over the top rope! Luckily for Randy Orton he got tossed over the flames and onto the floor. Dark Inferno gets on the top turnbuckle and turns to Orton. Orton turns around and is met with a huge crossbody from Dark Inferno!

 

"Did He?!?! --- Dark Inferno did a Suicide Dive off that top turnbuckle!"

 

"Oh My God! Is Orton ok? But even if Orton is knocked out cold, this match will continue."

 

Dark Inferno stands and picks up Orton. Inferno goes to Irish Whip Orton into the fire, but at the last moment, Orton slides under the fire, and under the ring. Dark Inferno goes to the other side of the ring and pulls off the top of the announcers table. He goes back to the other side of the ring and is met by a fire extinguisher to the head by Randy Orton. Orton grabs Inferno by the head and pushes him toward the flames. Inferno sticks his foot up, stopping him from going into the fire. Dark Inferno hits Orton with a strong right elbow, making Orton fall to the Ground. Dark Inferno picks up Orton and inches him toward the fire, but Orton refuses to move. Orton grabs Inferno’s legs and flips him backward out of nowhere! Orton prepares to catapult Inferno into the fire, but Inferno punches Orton twice in the head making him let go.

 

"That was almost the match, but Inferno was able to punch Orton, forcing him to let go."

 

"Inferno would have been burned all around his whole body if Orton would have gone through with it."

 

Orton kicks Inferno once, then waves back stage. All three members of Legacy come out and start assaulting.

 

Gangrel

 

"Is that--?!?!"

 

"Gangrel! We haven’t seen him in over five years! What is he doing here?!?!"

 

Gangrel walks over to Orton. They stare at each other. WAIT!!! Gangrel offers Randy a hand shake?!?! Orton accepts it! What! No Way! They’ve been working together all along! Orton, Gangrel, and Legacy start assaulting Inferno. Rhodes and Chris Agony hold up Inferno… RKO! Inferno lies helpless on the floor. Orton and Gangrel pick up Inferno and push him into the fire! Inferno, still knocked out, lays on the floor as the EMTs extinguish him with a fire extinguisher.

 

Winner [And Still WWE Champion] – Randy Orton

 

"What did we just witness here tonight at Extreme Rules? That was just torture!"

 

"Well that’s all the time we have for tonight, be sure to join us tomorrow night on the USA network, for Monday Night Raw!"

Recently released Diva Rosa Mendes re-signed a contract with the WWE and will return to the Raw roster soon. The reason why she didn't immediately re-signed after her old contract expired as because one of her close friends was sent to the hospital after a motor vehicle accident.Mendes apologizes to her fans and says her friend has been released and she will return as soon as possible.

 

[Zack Blaze]

I have made a decicion that I think will excite all of you. I got an Idea as I was watching TNA this week. I am going to make a Diva's Tag Team Championship. The Championship will find the first 2 owners this week on Raw, and can be defended on any brand.

Orton kicks Inferno once, then waves back stage. All three members of Legacy come out and start assaulting.

"Gangrel! We haven’t seen him in over five years! What is he doing here?!?!"

 

Gangrel walks over to Orton. They stare at each other. WAIT!!! Gangrel offers Randy a hand shake?!?! Orton accepts it! What! No Way! They’ve been working together all along! Orton, Gangrel, and Legacy start assaulting Inferno. Rhodes and Chris Agony hold up Inferno… RKO! Inferno lies helpless on the floor. Orton and Gangrel pick up Inferno and push him into the fire! Inferno, still knocked out, lays on the floor as the EMTs extinguish him with a fire extinguisher.

‘Voices’ blasts throughout the arena as ‘The Legend Killer’ steps into the arena to kickoff Monday Night Raw. Boo’s fill the arena as Randy Orton walks down the ramp, but he acts as if he doesn’t care. He slides into the ring and holds up his WWE Championship.

 

Orton holds a microphone to his mouth as he starts to talk.

 

“Last Night, at Extreme Rules, Legacy and myself, single handedly, burnt Dark Inferno, as we through him into the flames. Now Inferno, I know your sitting there in your hospital bed, watching right now, and I just want to say, it didn’t have to be this way. You asked, no, demanded that it be an Inferno Match!” Huge POP from the crowd. “Now I do want to say one thing, Inferno. I am going to give you a business proposal. Usually I don’t give this to people that aren’t second or third generation, but you, you are something different. You had the guts to face me one on one in an Inferno match, and I have got to respect that. So here is my offer. I am giving you the opportunity to join my Legacy!” Boo’s come from the audience, as they don’t want dark inferno joining Legacy. “I know your not here right now, and you wont be for a while, so think about my offer and get back to me on that. Now, to my second order of business. Last night, there was also a man who, you can all say ‘helped’ me retain my WWE Championship. He is Gangrel!”

 

Gangrel

 

Huge POP! comes from the crowd as the former leader of the Brood, enters the arena. He stands at the top of the ramp and looks around. All of a sudden he spraws blood out of his mouth and walks down the ramp. He slides in the ring and gives Randy Orton a handshake.

 

Gangrel grabs a microphone and starts to talk.

 

“Randy, it’s a pleasure to be working with you, but it makes me sick to think of all of these people despising the WWE Champion, in yourself. So from now on, we will be the most dominate force in the WWE and there won’t be a damn thing anyone can do about it.”

 

"Gangrel, Orton, and Legacy! What a team that would be!"

 

"That would be an explosive Tag Team indeed."

Montel Vontavious Porter (MVP)

 

I’M COMIN’! The ‘ballin’ superstar steps into the arena to major heat. He walks down the ramp with the US Title around his waist, clapping the hands of the fans as he walks down. He slides into the ring, bounces off the ropes and acts like he is shooting a basketball. He looks at Matt Hardy as he is already standing in the ring.

 

“The United States Champion, MVP has a big task on his hands tonight, as he has to take on Matt Hardy.”

 

“And I just got word that if Matt Hardy can beat MVP tonight, he will get a United States Title opportunity at The Bash”

 

First Match: Montel Vontavious Porter (MVP) vs. Matt Hardy

 

Match: MVP and Matt Hardy circle each other in the middle of the ring, be fore tying up. MVP gets the upper-hand as he applies a headlock, and hip tosses Matt over his body, sending him thrashing into the ground. MVP applies pressure to Matt’s neck, as Matt begins to stand. Matt stands and hits two elbows to the gut of MVP, making his let go of the headlock. Matt bounces off the ropes and runs at MVP, but Matt is stopped dead in his tracks by a Player’s Boot! MVP goes for the cover looking to end things early. The fans count along as the ref hits the mat, “1! 2!” Kickout! MVP picks up Matt Hardy and tosses him to the ropes. MVP bends down, looking for a back body drop, but Matt counters with a Sunset Flip Pin! “1! 2! Three—no!” MVP kicks out at the last moment! They both stand, but MVP kicks Matt in the gut and goes for the Playmaker, but Matt reverses and hits a Russian Leg Sweep! Matt drags MVP away from the ropes, WAIT! What’s This?!?! Matt Hardy applies a Sharpshooter!

 

“I’ve never seen Matt Hardy use a Sharpshooter! What is he doing?!?!”

 

“I don’t know, but it sure looks like it’s doing the trick!”

 

MVP struggles, but is able to make it to the ropes, but Matt Hardy doesn’t break the hold until the count of four. Matt kicks MVP in the arm, then drags MVP over to the corner. Matt starts choking MVP with his foot, and again doesn’t break the hold until four. Matt Hardy picks up MVP, but MVP throws a punch at him. Matt Hardy ducks… SIDE-EFFECT! Cover! “1! 2! Three—No!” Matt Hardy stands and goes to the top rope. MVP staggers to his feet. He turns around, but ducks as Matt Hardy flies through the air, looking for a Diving Cross-Body! MVP stands and looks around, then nods his head. MVP bounces off the ropes, shakes his hands in the air, and is joined by the crowd as he yells ‘ballin!’ as he acts like he is shooting a basketball. PLAYER’S ELBOW!

MVP hooks the legs! “1! 2! Three—No!” MVP picks up Matt Hardy, but out of nowhere, Matt kicks MVP in the gut. TWIST OF FATE! Hooks both legs! “1! 2! 3!”

 

Winner: Matt Hardy

 

“Matt Hardy is the new #1 Contender for the United States Championship at The Bash!”

 

“Matt Hardy hit the Twist of Fate out of nowhere and won the match, becoming the new #1 Contender!”

 

“But still to come, and I know you’ll like this one King, is the first ever match for the Diva’s Tag Team Championship.”

 

“I know, I can’t wait, but I also cant wait for the Tag Team Steel Cage Match tonight!”

Mickey James and Kelly Kelly enter the arena, looking to be coem the first ever WWE Diva’s Tag Team Champions. They run down the ramp, high-fiving the fans on the way down. They enter the ring and taunt the fans on the top rope.

 

Maryse & Beth Phoenix

 

Beth and Maryse enter the arena to loud amounts of boos, but they just act as if they arent there. They walk down the ramp and enter the ring. Maryse grabs the opes and flips her hair.

 

Second Match: Kelly Kelly & Mickey James vs. Beth Phoenix & Maryse [WWE Diva’s Tag Team Championship]

 

Match: Kelly Kelly and Maryse start out in the ring. Maryse acts like she is going to tie up with Kelly, but then kicks her in the gut to get the advantage. Maryse twists Kelly’s arm around, the throws her to the ground. She starts stomping on the arm and Kelly yells in pain. Maryse turns Kelly to her back and applies a headheadlock. Kelly struggles to get to the ropes, but Maryse won’t let her. Maryse lets go and drags her over to the corner, where she tags in Beth Phoenix. Beth enters the ring and hits a shot to the head of Kelly Kelly with her boot. Beth picks her up by her hair and tosses her into the corner. Beth lands two punches, then lifts her up onto the top turnbuckle. Beth tries to get on the top turn buckle too, but Kelly Kelly kicks her in her face. Beth turns around to look at Mickey James, then turns back around…FLYING CROSSBODY! Cover! 1! 2! Kickout! Kelly gets up and tags in Mickey James.

 

“What an amazing cross body! That almost won the match!”

 

“Let’s see if Mickey can get anything going.”

 

Mickey James comes into the ring and hits a running forearm shot to the face of Beth Phoenix, then another. Mickey turns around and hits a cheap shot to Maryse. Maryse tries to get into the ring, but is stopped by the referee. Beth rolls Mickey up, but the referee doesn’t see it. Beth Phoenix and Mickey James both stand, but Mickey James kicks Beth in the gut. Mickey goes for a jumping DDT but Beth throws Mickey to the mat. Beth picks up Mickey and throws her to the corner. Mickey hits the corner and starts to walk backwards. Beth grabs Mickey… GLAM SLAM! NO! Mickey rolls through and has a roll up! 1! 2! Three—No! Beth grabs the ropes and gets out of the ring. Beth walks around as she looks at Mickey James.

 

“Beth looks like she just seen a ghost, but she didn’t! It was Mickey James!”

 

“Beth knows she could have lost the match if the ropes weren’t there.”

 

Beth Phoenix goes to leave the arena.

 

Kitty Mae

 

Beth looks at the stage, then starts running back into the ring as Kitty Mae runs after her. Beth slides back into the ring. She turns around and is met with the boot of Mickey James! JUMPING DDT! Cover! 1! 2! 3!

Legacy

 

Batista is already standing in the ring.

 

Legacy enters an arena filled with boos. They walk down the ramp talking to each other, then enter the ring and stare down at Batista.

 

Before the bell can sound, all three members of Legacy start assaulting Batista. Chris Agony stomps away at Batista while Cody and Ted hold Batista. Orton comes out of the crowd and starts assaulting Batista as well. Cody and Ted are still holding up Batista as Randy sets up for an RKO. Smackdown’s Dolph Ziggler slides into the ring with a steel chair. CHAIR SHOT! Randy falls to the ground as Cody runs after Ziggler. ANOTHER CHAIR SHOT! The other two members of Legacy run at Ziggler resulting in two more chair shots! Ziggler lays the chair down on the mat and stares at Orton. He picks Orton up and flips him around. ZIG-ZAG ONTO THE CHAIR!

 

“What is going on here?!?!”

 

“Usually Smackdown Superstars appear on Smackdown, but that’s not the case tonight!”

 

Ziggler grabs a microphone.

 

“I’m only going to say this once, I know I’m on Smackdown, but I have talked it over with Mr. McMahon, and he said that I can perform on all three brands. Which means that I can compete for the WWE Championship. This means at The Bash, it will be Randy Orton and Dolph Ziggler for the WWE Championship, oh but that’s not it! Oh no that is far from it. I get to choose the stipulation. And I know the perfect one, T… L… C…”

 

“Did he just say TLC!!!”

 

“Yes he did, but I can’t understand why he said TLC. Dolph has never been in a TLC Match, but I guess it’s final. At The Bash, it will be Table’s Ladders, and Chairs for the WWE Championship.”

 

Commercial Break

 

The cage starts to lower from the ceiling.

 

“There it is King, the cage where four WWE Superstars are about to step foot inside.”

 

“I have been waiting for this all night long.”

 

 

John Cena and the Miz enter the ring to huge POP! Cena turns and looks at the MIz as if he can’t trust him.

 

Some footage on the titantron shows last night’s Mic/Reality Check Match.

 

Cena and the Miz continue down the ramp and enter the ring.

 

Triple H & Mr. Kennedy

 

Triple H and Mr. Kennedy enter the arena and Triple H spits water everywhere. Mr. Kennedy reaches up and grabs a hanging microphone. “The next World Champion is standing befor you, from Green Bay, Winsconsin! MRRRRRRRRR! KENNEDY!!!!!!” There is a long pause. [/b]“KENNEDY!”[/b] Triple H is already in the ring waiting for Kennedy to make it to the ring. Kennedy makes his way down the ramp and enters the small cage door.

 

Main Event: Triple H & Mr. Kennedy vs. John Cena & The Miz [steel Cage Match]

 

Match: The two teams stare at each other. Triple H turns around and grabs the cage. He gives it a shake, then turns around and hits a big right hand to the face of John Cena. The Miz kicks Mr. Kennedy and throws him into the cage, early in the match. Triple H and John Cena exchange punches while The Miz bashes Kennedy’s head off the turnbuckle. The fans count as Kennedy’s head bounces off the turnbuckle. “1! 2! 3! 4! 5! 6! 7! 8! 9! 10!” The Miz takes Kennedy and throws him into The Game. Triple H returns with a clothesline to the Miz, but the Miz gets up quickly, but is brought down by another. Cena grabs Triple H and turns him around, then throws a punch. Kennedy tries to climb the cage, but the Miz stops him before he can get to the top. Kennedy and the Miz both hang from three-fourths of the way up the cage and exchange punches. Triple H grabs Cena and throws him to the ropes. Cena returns… HIGH KNEE! Cover! 1! 2! Kickout! Wait! The Miz throws Kennedy off the cage, back into the ring! Miz is going to escape! No he isn’t! Triple H starts climbing the cage! They meet at the top.

 

“I can‘t believe this! Triple H and the Miz are going to battle upon top of the cage!”

 

“Someone is going to fall, and someone is going to fall hard.”

 

The Miz and Triple H “Slug it Out” on the top of the cage. The Miz gets the upper hand as he bashes the Game’s head on the top of the cage. The Miz grabs Triple H. Oh My God! Triple H reverses and hit’s a Spine Buster off the top of the cage back into the ring! The Miz jumps around in pain, as the Game lays on the ground. Wait! Cena covers the Game! 1! 2! Three--No! Mr. Kennedy breaks the count up! That might have been it! Cena looks around. He grabs Kennedy up for an Attitude Adjustment, but Kennedy hit’s a series of elbows to the jaw of Cena. Kennedy gets down and hit’s a chop block on Cena’s knee. Kennedy picks up Cena and tries to hit a Mic Check on him, but Cena reverses and throws him into the cage. Mr. Kennedy bounces off and Cena lifts him up onto his shoulders! ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT! No! Kennedy gets down. MIC CHECK! Cover! 1! 2! Three—No! Cena gets the shoulder up at the last second! Triple H gets up and bounces off the ropes. He runs at Cena and hits him with a clothesline! Cena gets up and ducks under another clothesline. He goes for the Attitude Adjustment, but Triple H gets down! PEDIGREE! Cover 1! 2! 3!

 

Winners – Triple H and Mr. Kennedy

 

“What a match! Both teams displayed a tremendous amount of effort, but when Triple H hits the Pedigree, you usually don’t get up from it.”

 

“Well that’s all the time we have for you tonight. We will see you next week on Monday Night Raw!”
