Once you defeat the Thunderbird in the Great Palace, you reach the Triforce. There's a short old man there with it waving his cane at you with his mouth flapping. He's probably saying something like "You must prove yourself worthy of the Triforce". Afterwards, he disappears and your shadow comes to life.

That's right - you have to fight YOURSELF as the last boss! It tends to block just about any frontal attack and it knows the downward stab. Luckily, it can't use magic. There's an easy way to hit it. Keep jumping at it and swinging your sword. There will be times where your sword will go over the shadow's shield and hit it in the face.

That's where the mini-boss in the Water Temple from Ocarina of Time originated. I'm just glad that the shadow in Zelda 2 couldn't jump on your sword and kick you in the face like it could in Ocarina of Time.

How could a tiny little fairy possibly hold all that stuff? I still think that Link has a Bag of Holding that he carries all his stuff in located on his belt somewhere. It would make the most sense as to how Link can move so fast despite carrying practically an entire armory on his person at all times AND not swim like an anchor.

Also, I have reason to believe that Link is inhuman...err, Hylian. Seriously, try this...

1) Go to Gerudo Valley

2) Jump off the cliff and try to land on the strip of land at the bottom of the valley

3) Watch how little damage Link takes when he lands on his feet/head

That would kill a normal person instantly, but not Link.

So, what enemy did you find the most annoying in Zelda games? For me:

LoZ: Iron Knuckles (the knights)

LoZ2: Blue Iron Knuckles (they throw knives)

LotP: Wall Crawlers (the hands that drag you back to the beginning of the dungeon)

OoT: Iron Knuckles (their axes HURT)

It's safe to say that I found the Iron Knuckles to be the most annoying enemy in the Zelda series (or at least in the games that I like)

Why you want to join: Because Zelda = best video game of all time.

Favourite Zelda game: Ocarina of Time. I'd rather have to do the carpenters once than do the Twilit bugs four times. >.<

Read it. But think of it like an anime. This is why I started writing to begin with.

Most annoying enemy? No question:

Twilit Bugs.

Other than that, those stupid larva things in the Gerudo Desert.

Best enemy discussion.

OoT: Stalfos Knight (Gerudo Knight is a miniboss); Wallmaster gives it a run for its money, though.

WW: Darknut

TP: Uh... hm. Oh, yeah, Pig Bublin, or whatever it is they ride.

I note how OoT and TP are by far the most represented here. Let's discuss the other games (unless you're discussing Worlds Apart, in which case we're back to OoT).

Spirit Tracks is going to be weird. I'd doubt its integrity if Nintendo had made a bad Zelda game since LoZII.

Every enemy in that game, incidentally, is far more annoying than the Twilit Bugs.

Zelda 2 is my favorite one of the series. It wasn't that bad. It DID set up Link for a few of his attacks for the Smash Brothers game and it did give the names for some of the characters in Ocarina of Time.

Anyway, the Lowders (the spinning little boogers in the Gerudo Desert) did get very annoying. They're more annoying in OoT than they were in the original.

I swear, Zelda 2 has to have one of the EASIEST bosses in the entire series.

The boss of the Maze Island Palace (the fourth one) is SO easy. All you do is cast Reflect, go to the far right, turn around, duck, and sit there. The boss' spells will bounce off your shield and hit him. You might take a hit or two, but you don't have to do a thing to beat the guy. (Yes, this is the ONLY way to beat him)

LOL! I doubt with even a large pocket he could fit a:

Longshot/Hookshot

Hylian Shield/Kokiri Shield

Kokiri Tunic/Zora Tunic/Goron Tunic

Deku nut

Stick

100+ Rupees

1+ Bottles

Bow

Arrows

Kokiri Sword/Master Sword/Biggoron Sword

1+ Masks

MANY more.

In them..
