Xing
See, I have an idea. Sometimes in CC people'll make group projects. The problem with that is, when someone makes a new card, and the person who made the post isn't on, they can't get their card in. Sometimes a person may need help organizing it, and they're not good with bbcode. So someone else can edit their post. The key to being able to edit is this. Have like a button at the bottom of your posts, named EDITORS or something. What it should do is when you click on it, you can insert the names of people you want to be allowed to edit your post. And for security, you must type in your password to confirm it. And if you wish to remove them, click EDITORS and remove them from the list, then put in your password to confirm. Like this basically. I make a project. Someone else joins in. I click EDITORS at the bottom, put his/her name in, then put my password, and then they can edit that post whenever they want. Say I put someone in EDITORS, but they go crazy and screw it up. Well, I go back to EDITORS, remove their name, confirm with my pass, and viola, I've saved it. moneypony
i support,it can help groups, but the main problem is that some people might mess it up since you trusted them and you have no way to revert it,unless we can make it like a wiki with a history, but then it becomes too hard to code at that point
Xing
Ok. Well, you could just have backup copies in places like I sometimes do.

Guest Fake Apology
I support, that would not hurt, I guess. But note that if this gets implemented, we gotta be very careful about who we choose for our editors and pick up the right ones, so the post(s) doesn't/don't get messed up by trustless persons. If we get this, it's the owner's responsibility, if editors screw it up, then it's the owner's (original poster's) fault.
TrickyPooBoy
Hackers would rule YCM and change posts to spam... which they could. Sounds like you want everyone in YCM to be a mod... that would be a crisis... I don't support.
Xing
Arceus. Did you READ the first post? You sound like you read the title only. It wouldn't make everyone a mod. Simple. To prevent hackers, have a good, private password.
