99% of the people who posted in this thread know sheet about competitive battling. If the OP knows competitive battling, here is my opinion:

 

Leftovers heal a consistant amount every turn, attack or not. Great on walls, sucky on most other Pokemon (besides subbers, they need Lefties).

 

Shell Bell will only heal more than Leftovers if you do 50% or more to your opponent on one turn. Horrible even on a sweeper, since LO or Choice Items do better.

 

So Leftovers is the best in terms of competitive.

 

If the OP knows nothing about competitive battling, use neither and buy a sheet load of Full Restores.

The Pokemon that I'm using is not a offensive Sweeper, so I'm using Leftovers, too.
