I mean, imagine a deck that focuses around major Dark cards and these cards were distroyed, this card gives those major cards a new lease on life! All dark tuners seemed really weak (i.e. searchable by mystic tomato), so he couldn't be that hard to summon. The first use of him that comes to mind is Demise. If/when this card is introduced into TCG it would be sooo broken it would not be funny, would NOT be surprised if it was banned off the bat!
