Font Download Question

Does anyone know where to download a Japanese or Traditional Chinese font for free? either one, or both, will work.. i just need one that doesnt cost 50$ from microsoft. -.-

 

a +rep to anyone who can give me a link to one via PM.

 

Note: i dont mean a Japanese look-a-like to english text, i want a font that reads actual Japanese characters, for GFX purposes.

i searched through those, and they all look like English only fonts.. i need one that reads Japanese characters. ;)

man, i appreciate it, but my computer keeps timing out on the .zip files, so i cant get them to download. :| and the .rar folder that i could download wouldnt open..
