[align=center]Blending Tut for Photoshop.

Enjoy.

[spoiler=Step 1]

Chose 2 pictures that you want to merge, then open up photoshop and chose which one is going to be the base.

I chose the Werewolf to be my base.

[spoiler=Step 2]

Using the Lasso Tool (Any of which you can control best, I used the Pentagon Lasso) cut out any peices that you want to be on the base image from the other picture. I chose a head for now.

Then, make another layer of the area selected and turn off the layer behind it.

[spoiler=Step 3]

Now drag the layer over into the base image, then if you have to, resize the body part. Also if you have to, rotate the body part to the position you want. Now drag it over where you want it to go, my dragon head is now over the Werewolfs.

[spoiler=Step 4]

This step is rather quik, just to make sure that your going along and know where it is. Click the rubber tool and up the top there is a 'Flow' tool bar, set that to around 30.

[spoiler=Step 5]

Now start to use the rubber around the edges of the area you added, so that it looks like it blends into another part, if this step didn't work for you, make sure that the 'Flow' toolbar is set at 30. I also removed un-wanted parts to it.

[spoiler=Step 6]

Now to make it look more realistic, get a small cut out of somewhere on the cut out pictures. Like a thick line or something. Then you move it onto the base picture and resize and rotate it if it's needed and put it on where a bone would be in the base picture. Then blend the edges in.

[spoiler=Remeber!]

● The Flow should be around 30.

● I can render/cut out way better then that.

● Always pic two pictures that work well together!

● Make sure you resize/rotate it to fit, no black areas/holes will be aloud!

Thanks.

I use CS2, because I can't be bothered getting CS3, CS3 still has everything in this tut, so don't worry if you use CS3.

Maybe changing the color of the head to match the body would have helped too ;D

Great tut ;P

Thanks Haris :D

I'm not that great at re-colours so far' date=' I'm still playing around with re-colours.

Good luck mate ;D

Thanks Haris! :D

What about CS4

Should work fine, you might have to search for the tools a bit more though.

"That is called photo-manipulation. You don't need to change the colors of the head. Good job. You could just easily pick the 'Soft Brush' Then erase like I do most of the time.
