Double Type, Double Benefits

Working on a new vid game set. I just have question regarding dual Types.

 

Let's say Monster A's lore reads like this:

[Plant/Effect] This card's Type is also treated as Insect.

 

And Field Spell B was put into effect:

Increase the ATK of all Plant and Insect Types by 300 points.

 

Would monster A gain 300 ATK or 600 ATK?

300 because it is treated as an insect not a plant because of its effect, and this is in the wrong section it should be in TCG section

it is also treated as a plant too

 

but the field spells increase for each individual monster so even if there was a monster with 3 types and a card that increases ATK of those 3 types,it will only increase once
