Nukyasu Posted October 7, 2007 Author Report Share Posted October 7, 2007 well for that quality its pretty darn cheap. you have to go through the process of finding the pic. then you have to crop it. then you have to resize it because it gets blurry. then you have to paste it into the program. then you have to write on it. and if you want sparkles, i have to draw them on my self. if you want dark and bright i just gotta adjust it. if you want blur, i have to put it into photoshop. if you want black and white, i gotta change it in paint.
