The wallpaper itself is not totally terrible. It DOES lack balance, and the white splatters seems out of place to me.

Graphics is art. There is a difference between a epic computer graphic and a beautiful watercolor painting on a canvas, yes. But to say gfx isn't art is going a bit too far. >.> As there is also a difference between copy-pasta and hawt tags and LPs made from scratch. C4ds and stuff like that are art.
