Yugioh Card Maker Fan-Fic

 

Episode Seven: An Armor Fusion! So Much For Elsandero!

 

 

Mikhail realized that Elsandero was a strong duelist. Not only that, Mikhail knew that there was a reason Elsandero challenged him. Elsandero was not just dueling Mikhail to get his place in the tournament, and Mikhail knew that. He just was not sure why he was dueling him.

 

"Alright, so you have a strong monster. That isn't a good thing, but I won't lose."

 

Mikhail wasn't so sure that he was right. Prophet Of Raza had 2500 attack points, and a direct attack would bring him down to 1500. He wouldn't lose yet. If he didn't find a way to win, Elsandero would get his place in the tournament.

 

"You won't be so confident after this! Prophet Of Raza, attack his Life Points directly! Raza Clash!"

 

Mikhail knelt down. The attack lowered his Life Points a lot, and he was doubting his ability to win.

 

"You finished?"

"So, you want to act like a tough guy. Alright, I am going to win. So make your pointless move."

"Why do you call me pathetic? Your the only pathetic one around here! I am not going to lose. Especially not when Deity looks up to me. I am trying to show Deity how to be a great duelist, and losing to you won't help me!"

 

Mikhail stood up and smiled. He wasn't going to let Elsandero win. Mikhail drew a card, and looked over the cards in his hand. He had a plan.

 

"I summon Psychic Armor Head in defense mode! Now, I equip Psychic Armor Head with the Spell Card Data Brain."

"What does that card do?"

"Nothing yet, but I can send it to the graveyard, and have it's effect be the effect of the last Spell Card you activated."

"So what? The last Spell Card I activated was Raza Draw. You don't have any Raza cards, so you can't use it."

"Actually, I can. Data Brain's effect becomes the effect of the last Spell Card you activated. I don't have to pay a cost, just activate the effect."

"Say What?!"

"That's right. I get to draw two cards, and there's no cost included."

"That isn't fair."

"It's completely fair. Now, I use Polymerization to fuse my Psychic Armor Head with my Active Guard to summon Armor Striker-Warrior Guard!"

"Armor Fusions? I didn't know about that. Kyro should have told me you were a good duelist."

"What did you say?"

"Uh...Nothing. Just continue."

 

Deity heard what he said. Kyro. The kid that was with Static. Now Deity understood what was going on. He had to find Kyro.

 

"Mikhail, I have to go somewhere."

"What do you mean?"

"I know what's going on, and I'm going to put a stop to it."

"Deity wait!"

 

Deity ran down the street toward the tournament arena. He was going to stop this before it began.

 

"I can't worry about Deity right now. I have to win this duel. If Deity is right and there is something going on, defeating Elsandero might help stop the problem. Listen, my Armor Striker has a Special Ability. By discarding an Armor monster from my hand, my Armor Striker is allowed to attack your Life Points directly! Go, Swift Strike!"

"I activate the Trap Card Magic Cylinder. That means your attack is negated, and you lose 2500 Life Points! It also means I get your place in the tournament."

 

As the Cylinder hit Mikhail, Elsandero smiled. Then, he looked at Mikhail's Life Point meter. It was at 1500.

 

"What happened? You were supposed to lose! Cheating is against the rules!"

"I didn't cheat. I simply activated R-Rebound Strike."

"And that card does what?"

"Your going to like this one. When I take damage to my Life Points by a card effect, the damage is inflicted to you instead."

"No way! That means I only have 1500 points left!"

"Actually, that's not true."

"Care to explain?"

"My Armor Striker-Warrior Guard can attack twice per battle phase!"

"And because you discarded a card, it can attack directly!"

"Correct. That means you lose. Armor Striker-Warrior Guard, attack with Swift Strike!"

 

Elsandero knelt down as his Life Points decreased to 0.

 

"How could I lose to a duelist like you?"

"You sure ask a lot of questions. I am a good duelist, but I don't have an ego. Unlike you, I duel because I want to prove I am the best. However, I do it respectively. Now, why don't you tell me what's going on?"

"No way."

 

Elsandero got up, and began walking towards the Tournament Arena. As he was walking, a duelist stepped out in front of him.

 

"Move out of my way."

"Sure. But first, I just want you to explain to me what's going on."

"I don't have to explain myself to you."

"How about this? We duel. If I defeat you, then you have to explain to us what's going on."

"Who are you anyway?"

"The name's Steven Bray. I'm not a duelist who is easily defeated."

"I'm about to prove you wrong."

Episode Eight: Steven Bray and Megarock Dragon

 

 

Mikhail looked at this duelist who had stopped Elsandero from going back to the tournament arena. He figured that Steven Bray was on his side, but he wasn’t sure. After all, Elsandero was against Mikhail, and Steven Bray was against Elsandero, so he was most likely correct. Mikhail wanted to go find Deity, but he also wanted to check out the duel. He knew that if Steven won, they would find out more information about the whole Kyro thing. Although he was worried about Deity, Mikhail decided to stay for the duel. Elsandero looked at Steven, and then at Mikhail.

 

“You do realize that I won’t lose to you. I rarely ever lose.”

“That’s interesting. You were just defeated by Mikhail.”

“Yea…..He almost lost. Mikhail got lucky! I am going to use a different deck, and that deck is better than my Raza Deck.”

“Alright then, let’s duel. You can go first if you want.”

“That’s ok with me.”

 

Elsandero picked up five cards, then another card.

 

“How nice. I activate the Spell Card Chaos Distill.”

“What does that card do?”

“It’s simple. Any card that is sent to the graveyard is removed from play instead.”

“That’s not good.”

“Now do you realize that you can’t defeat me?”

“It will take a lot more than an oversized dinner pan to convince me I will lose.”

“Whatever you say. I set a card face-down and end my turn. Where’s your big ego now?”

“I am not an egotistical person. I don’t consider myself a great duelist, because I don’t duel to be one. I duel because I enjoy the game.”

“Then why are you trying to get involved in my business?”

“Another easy question. The answer is this. Although I don’t care about being a great duelist, I am still dueling in the Diamond City Tournament. It wasn’t easy for me to get here, but I managed to, as did a lot of other duelists. Personally, I know they tried their best to get here, and I am not going to let someone ruin that for them, or me.”

 

Mikhail know knew that Steven Bray was definitely on his side. He didn’t want the tournament getting ruined either. There was another problem. Mikhail knew that Kyro was up to something, and he wasn’t going to sit around and wait for that to happen. Just like Deity, he was going to do something about it. He put his cards in his jacket, and began running toward the tournament arena. He would have liked to talk to Steven, and witness the outcome of the duel, but he had no time for it. Deity could be in trouble.

 

“Just shut up and continue with your move!”

“Don’t be angry at me, you’re the one who asks the questions. All I’m doing is answering them. Now, as for my move, I will start by summoning Flint Cragger in attack mode.”

 

A little bird-like Rock creature appeared on the field. The monster had 800 attack points.

 

“What are you going to do with that whimpy monster?”

“Ah, more questions. Allow me to explain. I can send my Flint Cragger to the graveyard and inflict 500 points of damage to your Life Points.”

“Sorry to tell you, but because of Chaos Distill, your monster doesn’t go to the graveyard. You just made a stupid move.”

“Oh, what a mistake. How could I have not thought of that? Look, now you’ve got me asking questions. I guess I will just throw down a face-down, and end.”

“What a pathetic move. Check out a move that is actually good. I activate Tin Magic Panel. Thanks to this card, I can Special Summon Alchemic Beast Tin Aetos. Now, Aetos, attack his Life Points directly!”

 

Steven’s Life Points: 3500

Elsandero’s Life Points: 4000

 

“Still think you can defeat me?”

“I don’t know, after an attack from a monster as strong as your Aetos, winning doesn’t seem possible.”

 

Steven was being sarcastic, and Elsandero knew it.

“I am not done yet. Thanks to my Chaos Distill, Tin Magic Panel is removed from play.”

“So what? Removing from play a Spell Card isn’t going to assist you at all.”

“Actually, your wrong. I activate my face-down Alchemic Inflict. During your Draw Phase, you lose 200 Life Points for every Spell Card that is removed from play.”

“Would ya look at that. Your Spell Card being removed from play really does help you.”

 

Steven picked up a card. He had five cards in his hand, and Elsandero only had four. That was where the card he just picked up would be useful.

 

“Before you begin your turn, you lose 200 Life Points because of my Alchemy Inflict.”

 

Steven’s Life Points: 3300

Elsandero’s Life Points: 4000

 

“That’s cool and all, but I have some things I’d like to do today, so, I’m going to finish this duel up. First, I reveal my face-down card, Mystical Space Typhoon. Now, I can destroy one Spell or Trap Card on the field, and I choose Chaos Distill.”

 

Elsandero took the card out of his duel disk, and placed it in the graveyard.

 

“Lucky move. Listen up, you aren’t going to win, so why don’t you just quit and leave.”

“That is the logical choice, no?”

“You are smarter than you look. I should just put my cards away then.”

“Why would you do that?”

 

Elsandero looked confused.

 

“Aren’t you going to quit?”

“Of course not. I said it was the logical choice. Unfortunately for you, I don’t always make logical choices. You aren’t getting away without explaining to me what’s going on.”

“You just made a big mistake.”

“We will see who made a mistake once this duel is finished. Now, if you don’t mind, I’d like to finish my move. I activate Rock Refresh. This card lets me discard two cards from my hand, then draw two new cards. Oh yes, the card has an additional effect. I can send one card from my hand to your graveyard.”

“You really aren’t a good duelist. Why would you want to give me your cards?”

“I’m getting annoyed by all your questions. Can’t you just duel, and not worry about my moves? If your so good, you should be less worried about your opponent’s moves, and more worried about your own. So, I will give you Elemental Hero Stratos.”

 

Elsandero placed Stratos in his graveyard.

 

“Are you finished?”

 

Steven sighed.

 

“Nope. Check this out. Fossil Fusion! Now, I can remove from play the Sample Fossil in my graveyard, and the Elemental Hero Stratos in your graveyard, and Special Summon Skullknight, The MesoZoic Fossil Knight.”

“Whoa! That monster is strong. Now I get it, you gave me Stratos so that you could remove it for Fossil Fusion. That was a smart move. Perhaps I underestimated you.”

“Perhaps? Anyway, Skullknight, attack his Alchemic Beast Tin Aetos, Skull Sword Bash!”

 

Steven Bray’s Life Points: 3300

Elsandero’s Life Points: 2100

 

“Thank you. Your attack allowed me to activate my face-down card. Go, Chaos Distraught! When you inflict damage to my Life Points, I can activate this card. Now, you have to send cards from your deck to the graveyard equal to the number of damage I took divided by 100. I took 1900 points of damage, you lose 19 cards!”

 

Steven smiled as he placed the cards in the graveyard.

 

“I wouldn’t be smiling if I were you.”

 

Steven looked at the card in his hand. It was Megarock Dragon. Removing from play the 20 Rock monsters in his Graveyard would give Megarock Dragon 14,000 attack points. He only had to wait one turn.

 

“Your not me, so you don’t have to. I end my turn.”

“My move.”

 

Even though Steven only had a few cards left in his deck, there was nothing Elsandero could summon that didn’t require Chaos Distill to be on the field. That wasn’t a problem for him though, because he had a Spell Card that would assist him.

 

“I activate the Spell Card Diamond Rain! I can destroy one monster on the field, and you lose 500 Life Points. So, I will destroy your Skullknight.”

 

Steven Bray’s Life Points: 2800

Elsandero’s Life Points: 2100

 

“It’s your turn. Next turn I will win.”

“Sorry, but no.”

 

Steven picked up a card, and his Life Points decreased by 200 because of Alchemy Inflict.

 

“What do you mean by that?”

“That’s enough of your questions for one day. You see, your trap card actually helped me. Now, I can remove from play all twenty Rock monsters in my graveyard, and Special Summon Megarock Dragon! There’s something else. Megarock Dragon gains 700 attack and defense points for each Rock monster I remove from play, so he gains 14,000 attack points and defense points.”

“That means…”

“Who is the bad duelist? Megarock Dragon, attack his Life Points directly!”

 

Steven Bray’s Life Points: 2800

Elsandero’s Life Points: 0

I like it, heres the issues I have with the meta. (6-8)

That is incorrect, he would draw two, but it is PART OF THE EFFECT, to state that IT IS FOR EVERY one of your cheap Raiza rip off cards, so he would draw 0.

 

 

 

Go, Chaos Distraught! When you inflict damage to my Life Points, I can activate this card. Now, you have to send cards from your deck to the graveyard equal to the number of damage I took divided by 100. I took 1900 points of damage, you lose 19 cards!”

 

LOL! Would be banned epicly.

 

your trap card actually helped me. Now, I can remove from play all twenty Rock monsters in my graveyard

 

he MST'd the card, so how are they RFG? and plus, in the case that "the macro cosmos" trap was face up, he could not have activated the one that sends from field to GRAVEYARD cards from his deck, because the effect would have been violated.

 

Real life ruling that proves this:

You cannot mill with trooper if macro cosmos or dimensional fissure is face up on the field
