____pi____ Posted April 1, 2009 Author Report Share Posted April 1, 2009 it was swanns tut how to make easy renders on gimp. 1.) Open GIMP. 2.) Open the image you wish to be rendered. 3.) Click on this tool: 4.) Zoom in. 5.) Click on the edge of the render and continue clicking. Like so: 6.) Before you complete the clicking on the edge press ctrl and then click back on the one you used to start. 7.) Zoom out. 8.) Go to your Tool Options and select "Selection From Path" and right click on the selection. and press cut. i did all this but when i got to step 9 it turned invisible. 9.) Open new a transparent window and click paste. 10.) Upload 11.) The render should look like this: EDIT: i saw your post then i did that and it worked fine, thx.
