Pikachu used Charge Beam. A direct hit! It's super effective! Zubat is knocked out.

 

Pikachu gains 4 EXP (14 to next level) and Squirtle gained 4 EXP (10 to next level).

Sableye uses Power Gem on Munchlax. Munclax is knocked out. The Haunt Ball fails to capture Sableye. Use next Pokemon?

ANNOUNCEMENT:

With permission from Derekwhale2007, we will be using the "YCM Pokedex Project" as our official Pokedex. If you want to join in on making some pokemon, submit them there. So, I'm circulating the first 3 starters into the game (Jusoper is no longer a starter. Making it the only one of its kind here in the community, lol. Congradulations Matt). Talk to Maple to start the mission for your chance to get one of the three starters.

"Wow, that was fast." Maple said. "The new Pokemon that were released have to be caught in a specific way. I'm lending you a "Capture Cage". You set it in a specific area and put some food in it. Depending on what food you use, a pokemon will get caught in it. You'll have to try lots of different areas and lots of different foods to find these guys. If you use the environmental analyzer, it will tell you if a "starter pokemon" is close. Good luck."

 

DJ was given the Capture Cage and the the Dawn Ball.

 

[The Dawn Ball will instantly capture a "starter" pokemon, no matter from what generation.]

ooc: question, my home time is different from this sites and i got caught up by it. my time here is 11:30. can i still get the door for today? if so,

 

hi prof. i'm was forced to run after a stupid sableye tried to kill me. here's a picture, (showed prof the pic and got every one healed) it had a weird color to it. this pic might be rare or valueble. i might copy it and sell it but i don't know. right now i'm gonna head back to the island to finish some things up. then i'll be back for what ever mission you have for me. i hear a rumor about new starters in the area. (heads to island and knocks on door 6)

The sphere began to pulsate. Waves of energy rocked the cave. Rocks began falling from the sealing, threatning to crush Josh beneath them.

The sphere stopped pulsating. It tilted slightly, it's eyes locked to Josh's. Suddenly a stream of messeges flew through his mind as once.

Of the thousands of words thrown at Josh, his mind was only able to make sense of a few sentence fragments.

 

abandoned... disturbed slumber... over this territory... dragons and ghosts... that horrible trainer... more knowledge of the island and... the unseen.... hold the answers...

 

Suddenly, a shockwave sent Josh and Matt flying from the cave. The dark spirit disappeared into the shrine once again.

 

God, don't kill me.......

"Hey, I'm alive, and so is Matt, I think. Yeah. Hey, where are my pokemon, I let them out, but they didn't come out of the cave.....Oh wait, here they come."

 

Josh threw all six balls and his pokemon were back.

 

"Hmm....dragons and ghosts, the unseen.....horrible trainer. I'm reporting this to Maple or Max."

 

He looked over at Matt.

 

"I can have Nurse Joy set up a room for you in the Shadowlake City Pokemon center until you build a house here. I'm going there right now. I'll hopefully see you there."

 

He picked up the phone and told the message of the experience back to the lab.

"It's great to see a new face," said Maple. "Right now we have 2 big events going on. The first is the Halloween Island that has shown up south of this lab. There is a bridge connecting it to the mainland. There, once per day, you can kncok on a door (numbered 1-10, you choose the number) and you will be given a treat, or perhaps a trick. I am also giving the chance for everyone to capture the 3 new "Starters" that were released on the Island. Those will be the only ones released until the "starting" trainers show up. To catch them, you have to journey to different areas and set a "Capture Trap" a long with some bait. You can get food by exploring the jungle, the cave, or knocking on some of the "halloween" doors. If you have any questions, just ask."

 

Derek received 5 pokeballs and the Capture Trap.

The phone rang and Maple turned on the video to find Josh at the Pokemon Center. He explained the mysterious being that had attacked him. "How strange. You might be able to find out what this thing is with the Sight Scope. Kory has it, so you'll have to either work with him, borrow it, or (hopefully not) take it from him."
