J-Max
We're actually having quite a heated discussion in the Mod Forum regarding the current Situation with Stickys. I started with the fact that a Sticky would be a great target for a Member to aim for and make them feel great and overall improve as a Card Maker. Then it was mentioned that it can make people feel higher then others. I and the other CC Mods need you input on this. How should we distribute Stickies. Also if you have any ideas then that would be great.
.Requiem
Well maybe if it has to do with GFX or cards, it is an archive. The ones in generals with clubs seem fine. Maybe something that helps out members.

Brendano Harns
Probably a good idea. Good arguments on both sides. Maybe if a member who has a thread that gets stickeyed, if it isn't updated after so often, it should become un-stickeyed. That way, we can filter out bad things like big-headed members. :D
╬「Selatcia」╬
Maybe to ideas nobody has even though of before and maybe would enjoy being a part of (PKEV would be an alright example). And not for just CC, but the rest of the forum too. It's also kinda stupid how people feel superior to others because of their threads being stickied. <-- Yeah, you feel high & mighty about a stickied thread on a forum? Try getting to be high & mighty in real life. Seriously. >.> <.<
Bloodrun
I never said it was a bad idea. I said that just stickying them out of the blue, for no apparent reason (in the publics eyes) is bad. I then went on to say that setting up an initial guideline, like that, that was in affect in the Clubs Forum, would be more sufficient, then just sticking threads because you liked it. Guest Fake Apology
i think the way stickies are is just fine. I'll have to agree with this guy for now. If I come up with any ideas about sticky threads, i'll surely share them with you.^_^
LiAM
I dont see many problems with Stickied threads, even though one of mine has been stickied, that doesnt mean i feel 'higher then others' as you said. I just agree to the thread being removed if its not updated too often.
God Kaiba™
if its a continuous never ending set, a massive never ending image archive or a club with 100 members they shoudl be stickied
Plaguespreader Zombie
if its a continuous never ending set' date=' a massive never ending image archive or a club with 100 members they shoudl be stickied[/quote'] I don't see how that's a good idea at all >_>'. I mean, PKEV will end, and it shall remain stickied. DSS' Sonic cards ended a while ago. And there still stickied. You think showcase is just for Images? No. There are Sigs, Sprites, etc. And for clubs: If that was the case. NO threads would be stickied. Really, clubs rarely reach 50 members. Maybe a Sticky application thread for Sets? Like in Clubs. It'll make sure members know why it was stickied, so members don't think it was stickied randomly. Max of 3-5 Stickys. If someone gloats. Warn them, that the next time they gloat about it, they shall be unstickied, if they gloat again. Unsticky it and reopen the Application thread. I also agree with Marvel. Except, if the member is on leave of YCM for awhile, they could ask a CC Mod to keep it stickied until their return.
J-Max
I also Sticky Sets I think are deserving of them that's the whole point of Stickys :P It's the "Mods Choices"
Plaguespreader Zombie
I also Sticky Sets I think are deserving of them that's the whole point of Stickys :P It's the "Mods Choices" I know. Lol. I'm just saying that, having a sticky Application thread would make it easier for you to choose threads, and give it a reason for it to be stickied so the members won't ask or anything. EDIT: I also noticed the lack of any stickied threads in Realistic amd only 1 in Any Other Cards. Why are the only stickys in Pop Culture?
.Requiem
Because it easier to do, the amount of archives there >_> also we need a few for realistic.
Umbra
If anything, it should work similar to the Featured Clubs and Organizations: If you want your thread to be stickied, apply for that.
