I'll start saving up for the better cards like Solemn and Allure when I have the basic frame for the deck completed. I looked at some other Monarch decks and came to some more conclusions. I negged the Crushes basically because of their inavailability to me, so -2 Crush, +1 Breaker and +1 Nazi Commander. Because Mystic Tomato is cheaper, more available, and has more targets, I -3 GK Spy and +3 Mystic Tomato. I know it's not pro, but I have a budget and a time limit/impatience.
