wait a second is this a make me a mod thread

No' date=' in comparison with [u']yours[/u], it's not. Not even a 'make me a mod' thread. Also, if you're not about to state your opinion about this suggestion, better not post at all.

This function does not, and cannot exist.

PM's were made viewable to only the senders/creators. Unless it is a forwarded PM.

The only person able to view other members PM's would be the one with access to the Server, or, a.k.a YCMaker.

A function "Report PM" cannot be made, because it would require allowing every single member, to view other members PM's. It's just not an option, as of right now.

Sure is' date=' [b']PM's and only reported PM's will be viewable to the certain usergroup in a list, like the report list of forum posts.

Can't that be done, Bloodrun?

Just asking.

Not PM's no, because as I said, the way the MyBB forum is written, PM's are only viewable to the creator/senders, plus who ever has access to the server.

MyBB would have to be re-written to allow a "bypass" of this session, which would take some time.

Even implementing an option so that it would only be viewable by YCMaker, is too much, as it could only be viewed by YCMaker, (or someone with access to the ACP, via a plugin from the MyBB Mods) but, it would still require re-coding, which would take a while, and is an extra session that the server would have to call, meaning more work for the server to do.

Your better off contacting a member of the Moderation Team.

EDIT:

Okay.. why did you delete your post?

I edited my post because as you can see above i messed up with MyCode. >.<

Whatever, i guess this is kind of impossible to implement, isn't it? Pretty hard work on the server is required as i read, and we all know YCMaker is too busy to do the job. Soooo, shall we let this thread open or not?

Whatever,

wasn't needed

Not impossible, just a lot of hard work, whose pay off, isn't substantial enough.

Pretty hard work on the server is required as i read, and we all know YCMaker is too busy to do the job.

I'd like for you to get that notion out of your head. I would like for you to quit acting like it's always YCMakers fault that something doesn't get done, or something gets done later then when YOU wanted it.

Soooo, shall we let this thread open or not?

Opened, or closed, it doesn't matter. As long as you know that the likelyhood of this being able to be done, is slim, to none.
