You must've given out some pointless reps, so YCMaker placed you in the Rep Spammer group, which means you cannot give reps.

I think it's three reps per day or maybe it's per week? I actually don't know but I do think it's per day.

From what I remember, it's either 5 or 6 a day. I'm thinking 5. I don't really remember because ever since I've become a mod, I've been able to give more than that.

I'm pretty sure it's 5 (because mods can give 10, so 5 would make sense).
