Chapter 15 up (Finally), should've been yesterday(reason explained above.)

 

[spoiler=Chapter 15, The Roar of Sphinxmon! Shine! Gekidramon.]

 

The next morning, Max and the others woke up early, not because of their journey, but the beeping of Kenji's Digivice.

 

"Whats up?" asked Max, who is in a semi-sleepy state.

 

"My digivice keeps showing this thing........" replied Kenji.

 

The others went to see what Kenji's talking about, it's a Key with the symbol of omega carved on it.

 

"What is this?" asked Drake.

 

"Dunno." replied Joey.

 

Kenji pushed a button on the digivice, and the display shows a compass, pointing to a pyramid near them.

 

"Maybe this thing is in there!!" said Kenji.

 

Each Digidestined along with their partners raced to the pyramid.Inside the pyramid, serveral statues stand, between them are rooms, tunnles, at the end of the room, is a Throne Room ,a symbol of Omega Above the throne, a sphinx beside it, but what caught their attention is a scroll, near the throne.

 

Max took the scroll, and said "You guys know how to read egyptian words?"

 

"Dunno." replied Joey, he took the scroll from Max and scanned it into the Digivice, the digivice then reads:

 

"The soverigns sealed away an ancient artifact, known as Digi Keys in here, and our duty is to guard the key we received, the 'Metal Key' a powerful piece of artifact, used to seal darkness away, and there are still 6 more scattered in this world, each respond to a digidestined. And with that, their destiny begins."

 

"So," said Kenji "My digivice called me here to find my Digi-Key right?"

 

"Your digivice responded to it, so it might be yours." replied Max.

 

"So where is it?" asked Kenji again.

 

"Maybe, behind that throne?" replied Joey.

 

Kenji and Max and their respective partners, Raizamon and Gekiryumon, walks past the sphinx and saw a tunnel leading to the key behind the throne. Suddenly the sphinx awaken, and started to attack the digidestined.

 

"Nobody enters the Key room!!!!!" the sphinx shouted.

 

"Sphinxmon, an ultimate level digimon made of rock, his body is a living shield, able to defend most digimon's attack, he bears the spirit of Anubismon, the spirit of Pyramid on his neck. He attacks with Shining Pyramid."

 

"You go find the key!" said Chad "We'll hold him off!"

 

"But...." replied Kenji.

 

"Just go!" commanded Drake, as he and Chad's partners fought Sphinxmon.

 

"Wolf claw!" Weregarurumon declared, "Burst Limit!"

 

Weregarurumon's whole body is surrounded by a blueish aura, he dashed forward with blinding speed and shot himself into Sphinxmon, chunks of rock fell down.

 

"Maverick!" declared Astamon "Burst Limit!"

 

Astamon's shotguns absorbed the shadows around him and blasted it in a form of an orb.

 

Sphinxmon's Right-front leg fell, however, Sphinxmon absorbed the rocks around him, and his broken parts regrown, while his older pards melted into the earth.

 

Meanwhile, Kenji is on his way to the Key room, at the main room, there's 5 tunnels, Kenji took his digivice, and he went to the Key room, the key sat in the middle of the room, however, he was sent to the battle upstairs before he reach it.

 

Renamon digivolved into Kyubimon, using her Power Dragon attack on Sphinxmon. Raizamon and the other Digivolvable Digimons digivolved into their champion form, Firing their signature attack on Sphinxmon, but it dosen't show any damages, even using Burst Limit forms. Gekiryumon was badly damaged bt Sphinxmon, almost de-pixalizing.

 

"I can't even help in the battle, what should I do." said Kenji helplessly.

 

Suddenly a flash of silver-gray light shot through him, his digivice lit up, giving Gekiryumon all the power he needed----to Digivolve.

 

"Gekiryumon digivolve to.............Gekidramon!"

 

A beam of light similar to the first one blasted Gekiryumon, and when the light stopped, Gekiryumon changed, 2 swords on his waist, 2 on his back, 2 merged with his right and left arm, and one attached to the shield on his left arm.

 

"Gekidramon, a samurai dragon digimon who shows the best swordsmanship in all digimons, he wields the 'Buster Sword' on his right arm and the 'Blader sword on his left, he is known to be the best swordsman in the Digimon world, He attacks with Dragonic Blade."

 

Gekidramon's sword-arm de-extended into a pair of muscular claws. He pulled the sword from the shield at his left arm and push it into the ground, he pulls it out and swipe the sword down, 4 energy dragons bursted outwards, hitting Sphinxmon hard, Sphinxmon was completely engulfed in energy, minutes later, only his digi-core remained, melted into the core ot the digimon world.

 

"Looks like I got the Key." said Kenji, showing the silverish key hanged around his neck.

 

"And the propecy said that there are 6, which means one for us all." said Chad.

 

Cindy was busy solving her partner's catfights(Again....).

 

It was still light, and the digidestined go to the other side of the desert, what awaits them there, keep reading....(advertisement :lol: )

I did.

 

It was kinda cool

 

 

It's kinda like the tags and crests in adventure 01' date=' activated when entered to the slot on the side ot their digivices.

once they do this, the digivice will change into a new kind of digivice, I thought of their name and their appearances and their digivice introduces DNA digivolution(Book 2)

Chapter 15 up

 

[spoiler=Chapter 15, Burn, Become the flame, Fire Key activate!]

 

After discovering the metal key, the gang reached a volcano area, fire erupted serveral time there, and there's a red glowing orb, a village near there, a dragon-like statue on the snout of the volcano, the volcano seems to be active, earthquakes happens time to time.

 

"Whoa," said Joey, "my digivice responded to that orb thingy!"

 

Seconds later Joey's digivice showed a reddish Key, 4 rings of fire surrounding it, each moving a different direction, just like the Metal Key, but with the symbol of 'Beta'(A greek letter) on it.

 

"Looks like that's your key........" said Max.

 

"Mm-hm" agreed Drake.

 

"And looks like there's a village over there, lets go!" said Cindy.

 

Renamon and Gatomon raced to the village.

 

"The one that gets there first is Cindy's favorite digimon partner." said Renamon.

 

"I accept your challenge!" replied Gatomon.

 

Both ran toward the village, which is about 400 metres from them. The others also raced toward the village. A few Agumons, Agunimons and Guilmon lived there.

 

 

"Guilmon is Reptile Digimon. It is a ferocious Digimon with a vicious temperament, and carries a black Digital Hazard symbol on its chest, signifying that it is able to cause massive system corruption. However, if raised properly, it can learn self-control and utilize its potential to protect the Digital World instead of destroying it. Due to its wild nature, it can sent into a frenzied rage at any time, ripping and scratching at everything in sight. He can blast fireballs from his mouth."

 

"Agumon is a Reptile Digimon. It is a short and stout Tyrannosaurus rex-like Digimon standing about 3 feet tall, and has bright orange skin and light green eyes. It also has flattened forearms with broad, three-clawed hands.His legs and arms are shown to be very vascular. Its tail is stubby, and its head and snout are almost as large as the rest of its body. He attacks with Pepper Breath."

 

"Agunimon is a Champion-class Hybrid Digimon. He is the Legendary Human Warrior of Flame, using the power of AncientGreymon. Because his Digi-Core is wrapped in holy flame called "Spiritual Fire", the flames can be freely manipulated. He uses martial arts from the Orient and attacks by using his Pyro Tornado technique."

 

"Each of these are fire based Digimons!" said Chad.

 

Some Agunimons walked over to talk." Hi, it's been so long since we have visitors." said one of them offering their hands to the digidestined.

 

Max shook Agunimon's hand, so does the others.

 

"Oh, I almost forgot, whats that thing up there?" asked Joey, pointing to the orb.

 

"That" said Agunimon "is the core that keep the volcano moving, and a legend said that it's dedicated to one digidestined."

 

They nodded.

 

"Is there anyways that we could reach it?" continued Joey "I'm the digidestined that the key chosen."

 

Joey shows her digivice to Agunimon, who is suprised by this.

 

"The legend was true, a human will come and stop the volcano!" said Agumon.

 

"What does the legend say?" asked Joey again.

 

"Well, it says" Agunimon replied, taking a scroll from another Agunimon." The key will be activated when the chosen digidestined manage to destroy the guardian."

 

"Like Sphinxmon?" said Kenji.

 

"Yes, and that's the Metal Guardian." replied Agunimon, then he continues to read the scroll "the key will respond to courage and it will activate on it's own."

 

"We'll climb that mountain today!" said Joey.

 

"We really want to, but we are starving." said Weregarurumon.

 

"You can eat here, we have many diffrent varieties of spicy food including 'Curry Corns, Garlic pears, Wasabi fishes and our best food, the Chilli Cheese Wasabi ham!"said a Guilmon.

 

"Awsome, I say we stay for dinner!" said Cindy, the other digidestined agreed.

 

"Wow, your food is really spicy here." said Max.

 

"Mm-hm, our ancestor said that eating spicy food increses our firepower." replied Guilmon.

 

"Now since we're charged up!" said Joey "Lets go get my key!"

 

"Okay!" replied the others, a few Agumons and Guilmons followed.

 

They all walked to the mountain, the eruption seemed to become slower, and the orb stopped glowing, still floating on the snout of the volcano.

 

Joey climbed and the others followed, Cindy almost fell down, however, her partners are still fighting, Chad got Cindy, Cindy climbed back up, slightly blushing.

 

"Thanks for saving me." said Cindy.

 

"No thanks, that what friends for right?" replied Chad.

 

Cindy smiled and nodded.

 

When they almost reach the Fire-Key, the dragon's statue burned up, a four legged dragon with a long neck, his upper jaw and head is covered with Chrome digizoid helm, simillar to Metalgreymon's (Minus the horns), he called himself Volcdramon.

 

"Volcdramon is a Dragon Digimon with the X-Antibody that inhabits the magma layer of the volcanoes dotting the Digital World.It is said that volcanic eruptions are caused by the activity of Volcdramon, and not volcanic activity, so a researcher of Digital World volcanoes investigates the activity of Volcdramon rather than the volcanic activity. Despite his dreadful appearance, he has a gentle personality and is not the type to like conflict. However, he will attack with a scorching fire if offended, even slightly. Volcdramon can cause volcanic eruptions. He attacks with Volcanic Fount."

Volcdramon shot a stream of magma at them, and calls"Volcanic Fount!". The magma flowed down the mountain, about to reach them, until...........

 

"Hydramon, Agumon, Guilmon Digivolve to!!" said the three digivolving digimons in unison "Aquadramon, Greymon, Growlmon!"

 

"Aqua Jet!" called Aquadramon, he fired a stream of low temparatured water towards the magma, it hardened in an instant.

 

"Nova Blast!" declared Greymon, followed by Growlmon's Pyro Blaster.

 

Both blasts of fire are absorbed by Volcdramon.

 

"D@#n" said Joey, "Looks like I have to get the key myself while I have the chance, and the chance is................NOW!!"

 

Joey quickly climbed forward while Volcdramon was busy fighting the other digimons, Enjumon quickly followed. Volcdramon saw Joey trying to

reach the key, and attack her, Enjumon digivolved into Flakongmon, blocking the attack with himself, he almost de-pixalized.

 

Joey ran towards the key and grabbed it, however it's not activated, Joey rushed towards Flakongmon, trying to save him, her courage activated the key, and she was shot by a beam of red energy, so does Flakongmon.

 

Flakongmon reformed from the pixals, he managed to push Volcdramon's attack back at him, Flakongmon slightly changed after that power up, a S-shaped light blue crystal on his chest lit up, he got 2 pairs of cannon instead of one now, his eyes now have a holographic aiming device on it."Flakongmon X!" he shouted.

 

Volcdramon is shocked to see Flakongmon X's appearance, Flakongmon absorbed heat from the Volcano into a dense fireball, the four cannons aimed at Volcdramon, and fired, followed by the fireball, Volcdramon got defeated and sinks into the core of Digiworld.

 

It's already dawn after that battle, Flakongmon X de-digivolved into Enjumon exahusted, the energy from Flakongmon X transfered back to the key.

 

"2 down 5 to go!" said Kenji, "and we better get some rest before the next Key!"

 

"Yeah." agreed Max, they all got back to the village and rested the whole day.
