I will like to join as a captain and once again feel the light of this club upon my shoulders.

Since I didn't even manage to keep up in the role play I'll try the scenario, my response might be sheet but hopefully the scenario compensates that.

 

Situation: Bleach, After the End

 

War was not a unknown thing to the shinigami, after all are they not in war, are not the largest amount of hollows created because of war? However human's war was considered of little importance, after all the balance of life in death was a more noble cause than peace could dream to be.

 

Maybe, if the world was a bit more perfect, someone would keep an eye on human events beyond the obituaries. Then they might have seen the global tensions between the nations, may have saw the twitches in the leader's trigger finger. They may have been been to stop this, but they wouldn't be botherd to look.

 

And thus did the soft rain fall, an with it the lifeless bodies of trillions of lives.

 

In a worldwide catastrophe, World War 3 happened and enough hydrogen bombs where dropped that radiation became a dominant part of our atmosphere. With Earth itself inhabitable humanity quickly disappeared until Earth became a lifeless planet like Mars.

 

Response: Soul Society was horrified, the balance between life and death they fought so hard to protect was completely and utterly destroyed. The world managed to survive though thanks to the cunning of Mayuri.

 

Using techniques known only to him from years of ignoring any capabilities of human morals, Mayuri was able to make Gigai that lived independently and synthesized life, thanks to several Bankai and the work of some Hollows who realized they needed the Gigai's as food they were able to make enough of these (called Ultima for Ultimate Gigai) to make the balnce normal before existence itself was destroyed.

 

However Mayuri went too far, and the Ultima could not only see Shinigami and Hollows but fight on par with them, by removing their comrades soul and implanting it in a nonliving artifact they were able to make a new type of Zanpakuto.

 

Tired f the Soul Society relying on them as cheap labor to build the houses for the large influx of dead the Ultima decide to revolt. With the hollow's joining in the hopes of partaking in the buffet of death a lrge three sided war seems eminent. Will the soft rain fall once more?

 

So can I be Mayuri again?

Keep in mind that Yoruichi whooped Soi Fon, while she was using her Shikai only using her fists. Not to mention, that prior to that, she hadn't had a battle in 100 years.

Keep in mind that Yoruichi whooped Soi Fon, while she was using her Shikai only using her fists. Not to mention, that prior to that, she hadn't had a battle in 100 years.

 

While that's true, I doubt Yoruichi taught Soi Fon everything there is to know. She is the goddess of flash after all. She could have had a few tricks up her sleeve.
