=/ Tatsuki has powers. Uryuu never said a damn thing about her suit giving her any special abilities, and she was throwing fiery punches and kicks. Plus, she's fought Hollow before.

 

Keigo has no powers, yeah. All he can do is see Spirit Bodies.

 

But not having powers doesn't make him crazy. If anything, he's sane for trying to avoid fights, like a normal person would do when confronted with Hollow.

The fight was mediocre at best, it ended too abruptly. Even though I love Hisagi's shikai.
