Well, unlike most Captains, Byakuya has two stages to his bankai. So, if it is acceptable to both Signosis and Zexion, that you may. . .grow stronger in this way, then it's fine by me.

Not a thing. It seems there's an anxious wait for the next manga chapter. Other than that, I'm waiting for the quality of 4tutoralcom's grammar to improve. It's very disturbing and ruins the role-play for me. >.>

You may refer to him as Kenpachi-dono or Kenpachi-sotaicho. Nah! I'm just joking with you. he's really laid back, you can just call him Zaraki unless he tells you otherwise. Personally I call him sir *salutes sarcasticly* wait he's behind me isn't he? *glances behind him while nodding sagely* Yep he is. *runs for his life*

I written out the Resurrección for my rp character, since a Resurrección is a reawakening of former hollow powers and Roscuro doesn't have any. Instead the hollow side is an adept at Kiddo (particularly healing, though he is embarrassed by it) while the reaper side uses strong physical attacks.

Here it is, the bankai is like Ichigo's in that it is a compression, however it is so compressed that it is only a costume change, no weapon. However Roscuro knew martial arts when he was alive and with the amazing stats increase due to the compression he can use them to deadly effect.

 

The special ability allows him to create a duplicate him controlled by the person not in control of the real body, this means any fight against Roscuro is two on one. Unfortunately if you wound one of them you wound both.
