This is a Harry Potter fanfic! None of the original harry Potter characters will be here though...except for a few!!

[spoiler=Book 1: The Arrival of the Legend]

[spoiler=Chapter 1: 2 new friends]

 

A young boy woke up from his nap, he lived with his parents at England and was about to be ready to go to the famous Hogwarts. He smiled as he walked down to the dining room and saw his mother cooking as usual, “Are you ready to go to Hogwarts?” she asked, with a wave of a wand, a fresh plate of eggs and bacon appeared at the table. The boy sat then ate his food and mumbled, “Of course..”.

 

His Mother smiled, “Don’t talk with your mouth full…” she replied, the boy laughed. A man walked down the stairs and took a seat next to the boy.

 

“So how are you today?” he asked, receiving a plate full of smoked sausages and eggs. “Do you have everything ready?”

 

“Of course dad…” replied the young boy, he flashed a smile and finished his food, “Let’s hurry!”

 

The boy waited for his Mother and Father to finish their food, as they finished he started packing everything he needed. He was extra sure to get his things all packed, as he finished his mother called him, he replied back and walked downstairs….

 

All of them walked to the Train Station, “Be careful at Hogwarts…” said the mother, “Don’t treat him like he’s a 6-year old Martha…” replied Father. The boy laughed, “I will Mom….I’ll meet lots of new friends!!”

 

After they all said and kissed their goodbyes, the boy walked to the Hogwarts Train, he sat at the back room, waiting until his ride started…

 

“Ready for Departure…” announced a voice, the boy couldn’t help but to move around at his seat, he was so excited to be going to Hogwarts….so much that he couldn’t help himself.

 

A boy about the same age as the first boy walked in the room he was in, “May I sit here?” he asked politely, the boy nodded. The two of them sat next to each other, “so who are you?” asked the arrived boy, “I’m Jake...” replied the first boy, “and I’m Ben…” replied the 2nd kid. Both of them talked more to each other, telling each other about their lives and families….

 

“Gosh I’m hungry….” Said Ben, at the same time a young waitress came, “Might I offer you boys anything?” she asked. “Yes!” replied Ben, he ordered hundreds of things, eating them all. “You want some?” he asked, filling his mouth with candy and all sorts of things you wouldn’t want to know…

 

“No thanks…” replied Jake, he looked at the candy and he held in his breath. Ben smiled, then he laughed. “What?” he asked, confused by his laughter…

 

“You look like you want to eat some of this stuff….go ahead…” Ben threw a chocolate frog at Jake, “eat it…It’s going to get you stuffed...”.

 

“Alright” replied Jake, he took the chocolate frog and bit into it, he swallowed it and smiled, then he ate the whole thing. “Ahh…That’s good…” He grabbed another one and ate it again, by no sooner than 5 minutes, the 2 boys had already eaten all of the chocolate junk food….

 

The Door opened and a young girl with beautiful flowing brown hair went in, “May I seat?” she asked, Jake nodded again and she sat.

 

“Who are you?” asked Jake, wiping his mouth of chocolate. Ben did the same thing, he wiped his mouth clean and stared at the girl.

 

“I’m Lydia” replied the girl, “and you are?”

 

“I’m Jake…this is Ben” he pointed at Ben then put his hands unto his side. There was silence at the trio………then Ben asked a stupid question.

 

“So are you going to Hogwarts?” he asked, scratching his head…

 

“Well of course...” she replied, “why else would I be on this Train?”

 

The train stopped and screeched to a halt, “We’re here…” she said, then got up and walked out of the train, Ben followed and Jake followed. He stared at the amazing view of Hogwarts……

 

[spoiler=Chapter 2: Houses]

“My name’s Jake, this is Ben and Lydia...my….uhh….friends…” he replied, “Who are you?”

 

“I’m Drake…..nice to meet you…” he shook Jake’s hands then continued his attention to professor Dumbledore. The professor continued talking, then he stood up and started calling his attention to what looked like a hat.

 

“ A hat?” asked Jake, he was amazed as the hat talked back…

 

“I’m not just a hat!!” it replied, “I’m THE hat….now get your butts here...”. The professor called the names, he finally reached… “ Lydia Roserfield?”. Lydia stood up and sat at the seat, the hat took upon her head….. “hmmm…..Ravenclaw!!!” the hat shouted. Ben was next…. “Gryffindor!!” shouted the hat, Jake came up after… “hmm…a weird one this is………….Ravenclaw ” replied the hat. Everybody cheered at their new classmates.

 

“Are you happy?” Drake asked, walking with the rest of his group. Jake shrugged then he looked up.

 

“Yeah…..I guess….” He replied, then followed Drake up to the Ravenclaw dormitory room.

 

They all sat together, unpacked their things and talked to each other. “Do you know any spells Jake?” Drake asked, he pulled out his wand and pointed it at Jake.

 

“Just...a few…. Please don’t point that at me...” Jake replied, he took out his wand and showed it to Drake.

 

“Very good…let’s have a battle…”

 

“W-What?!! Isn’t it against the rules to battle a younger student?!!”

 

“Nah…This is just practice…”

 

“Oh…a-Alright….” Jake readied his wand against his shaking fingers. “I...I’m ready…”

 

“Expelliarmus!!” shouted Drake, a crimson ray blasted at Jake, it caused him to drop his wand. Jake grabbed the wand again and pointed it at Drake.

 

“Levicorpus!!” shouted Jake.

 

“Liberacorpus!!” replied Drake.

 

“Rictusempra!!”

 

Drake felt as if he was tickled then he laughed, “Alright!! I give up!!”. Both of them was interrupted by a knock on the door. Drake opened it, “Who are you?”

 

“I’m Stephanie McPhilleas..” the girl replied…..

 

[spoiler=Chapter 3: The Danger in Hogwarts]

Drake felt his hand slipping from his book, it fell, “a Mcphilleas?” he asked. Stephanie nodded, “I-I’m….Drake Mcphilleas….”

 

Stephanie’s eyes seemed to bulge, “Y-your…my brother?” Drake nodded. “Well…we have a lot to talk about!!” The two began sitting at the couch, telling each other stories about what happened.

 

Jake looked at a boy standing at the corner of the room, then he walked off to him. “Excuse me, who are you?” he asked.

 

The boy looked at Jake, he was older than him of course, “I’m Roscuro….a fifth year….” Then continued to look at him, “Is there a problem?”

 

“What? No….It’s just…you look… ‘suspicious’…” replied Jake, he felt embarrassed as he said that, then looked down.

 

“Let me tell you about my life, I was born not knowing my Parents because they died……I was adopted by a dragon…who transfused his blood with mine. Ever since I didn’t need a wand but he told me to attend this school.” Roscuro explained.

 

Both of them walked out of the Ravenclaw room then walked along the corridors of Hogwarts. “Are we allowed to be this late?” Jake asked, feeling nervous.

 

“Of course not…but we’ll be alright…” Roscuro replied, he looked around every corner, waiting to see if someone would pop out but no one came and both of them continued to walk. They bumped into someone, “Sorry…” Roscuro replied.

 

The young man got up, “What are you two doing out this late?!! Got to bed!!”.

 

“We’re sorry...what’s your name?” Roscuro asked.

 

“Dominic…..know go back…you don’t know what’s happened you bloody fools…..” Dominic replied.

 

“Why? What’s happened?!!” Jake asked, “Is there an enemy?”

 

“No...much worse….Just go to sleep…we prefects will handle it…” he replied, “Like I said…..a word of warning..” then he walked off….

 

[spoiler=Chapter 4:Ravenclaw V.S. Slytherin part 1]

Jake looked at Roscuro, but he just nodded. “What do we do?” he asked. Roscuro flashed a smile, “Why…we go and find the danger…” Jake opened his mouth, but no words came out. He followed Roscuro down the corridor.

 

“What do you think the danger is?” Roscuro asked suddenly. He stopped then looked at Jake.

 

“I don’t know….And I don’t want to find out…” Jake replied.

 

Roscuro continued down the corridor, he pulled Jake back. “There’s someone coming….” Jake firmly gripped his mouth, preventing himself from screaming.

 

There was a dark figure walking down the corridors, it stopped then looked around for any signs of anybody who followed him, then continued. It soon reached a dark, empty spot just near the two boys, then it looked at them….

 

“What are we going do?” Jake whispered, Roscuro shook his head, “Do we run?”

 

“No…We’ll fight him…”

 

Jake looked at Roscuro as if he was staring at someone crazy. The dark figure looked at Roscuro; he just seemed to stand there….staring at the creature. Then…..he dropped to the floor, “Roscuro?!!” Jake shouted, “Are you alright?!!” he kneeled next to him.

 

The dark figure stared at Jake then Jake felt as if his soul was being sucked into something, he collapsed on the floor. Then the figure went closer, “Expecto patronum!!” shouted a voice.

 

Jake slightly opened his eyes and found a brilliant flash of light, in the shape of a wolf heading to the figure. Jake could hear screaming….then everything went black.

 

 

Jake woke up at his Ravenclaw bed; he looked at Dominic, who was sitting at the near end of his bed, “What happened?”

 

“Dementor…and a nasty one…” he replied, “Now get up….get ready for the tournament...”

 

“T-tournament?”

 

Dominic sighed, “Ravenclaw V.S. Slytherin…”

 

“Wait…What?!! I’m not good at spells!!”

 

“Whatever…..you HAVE to go to the Tournament…it’s a ‘tradition’...”

 

 

 

Jake walked through the corridors and reached the Great Hall. He sat at the Ravenclaw table as usual, in the center of the Room a huge stage was build. He spoke to some of the other students and looked at Dumbledore, who was walking up the stage.

 

“Welcome!! To the Hogwarts Tournament for Wizards and Witches…..We’ll choose First-years!!” he shouted, he looked at a few of the students then whispered something to the Potion’s teacher.

 

“Alright….Since we have the Ravenclaw and Slytherin who’s playing…we’ll have the head prefects choose…”

 

Dominic looked at Jake; he nudged on his shoulder then pushed him in the ring. Everybody cheered at Jake but quieted when a Slytherin walked to the ring. He had blond hair, a sly face, and a dumb smile.

 

“You’re gonna wish you never came here…” the Slytherin provoked. Jake shrugged, Dumbledore announced the start and the battle was on.

 

 

“Expelliarmus!!” The Slytherin shouted, Jake’s wand was blasted within out of range.

 

“Accio wand!!” replied Jake, the wand flew back into his hands, “Glacius!!” a blast of ice rushed to the boy.

 

“Incendio!!” he shouted, a blast of fire rushed from the tip of the boy’s wand and melted the ice.

 

“Aguamenti!!”

 

“Incendio!!”

 

There was a full blast of water and fire, steam rushed and covered the Room. The 2 boy s coughed, the steam cleared up and the Slytherin boy was staring at Jake angrily.

 

“Crucio!!” the Slytherin boy shouted….

 

[spoiler=Chapter 5:Ravenclaw V.S. Slytherin part 2]

“Crucio!!” the Slytherin boy shouted.

 

“Finite...Incantatem!!!” shouted a voice, the Crucio spell was then destroyed. The voice was Albus Dumbledore, he walked up to the Slytherin boy, “Young boy…you are in a lot of trouble…”.

 

The Slytherin gazed at Albus like he was crazy, “You said this was a tournament...admit it..I’m the best….”

 

“Expelliarmus!!” shouted Jake, the Slytherin boy was knocked back, hitting the floor with a loud thud then moaned in pain. Albus Dumbledore now looked angrier.

 

 

 

 

Jake sat at a chair in front of Dumbledore, “Sir….”.

 

“I know what you did was just for your protection…which is why...I’m letting you go…”

 

“Oh… Thank you sir…”

 

Jake was then sent away, he ran back up the stairs and found the Slytherin boy, blocking his way. “Where do you think you’re going?” he asked.

 

“To the Ravenclaw Dorm…”

 

“You’re stupid aren’t you? Incendio!”

 

A blast of fire was sent at Jake, he quickly dodged it and pointed his wand at the Slytherin boy.

 

“What’s your name? Glacius!!”

 

“ Josh! Incendio!!”

 

The two blasts made a huge explosion, there was a loud bang then smoke was covering the room. After the smoke was clear the two boys stared at each other and they knew what this meant, they were now….rivals.

 

“What’s going on here?!!” shouted a voice, Dominic appeared and looked at two, “You two are in a lot of trouble…”.

 

Josh smirked, “Expelliarmus!!” a crimson blast shot out and rushed to Dominic.

 

Dominic still looked calm as ever, “Protego…”, the Expelliarmus was deflected and blasted itself at the wall.

 

 

 

Jake sat at his bed, then he got up and looked out the window. There was something he couldn’t make out…the windows froze…..

 

[spoiler=Chapter 6:Dementor's Frenzy]

Jake looked at the window, he put his left hand on the window and quickly pulled it away. “It’s freezing cold….” Then….he looked at a dark figure outside the window, it was far away from Hogwarts but it was quickly closing in.

 

“T-That’s…..a Dementor...” he stuttered then ran out the Dorm, he quickly found the Potions Teacher.

 

“Sir!! Dementors outside!!” Jake shouted, The Potions teacher looked out the window, and then he gravely looked at Jake. He announced everybody to wake up and run down…so they did.

 

The students were forced to be in the Defense against the Dark Arts room and were forced to sleep there. The windows were closed, the prefects were sent to find the Dementors in the halls and some of the Teachers were with the Prefects while some stayed with the children.

 

 

 

Dominic was with Drake, they walked along the walls…watching out for Dementors. They stopped as they reached the courtyard, “Look at them...” Dominic spoke softly, “all in the sky….” The Dementors rushed down and attacked the two prefects.

 

“Expecto Patronum!!” Dominic shouted the bright light in the shape of wolf appeared again; it rushed to the Dementor and forced it away.

 

“Expecto…Patronum!!” Drake shouted, there was a flash of light, then a hawk appeared, it too forced the Dementors away.

 

The Dementors kept coming and coming, rushing at Drake and Dominic until they were out of breath.

 

 

 

 

Drake and Dominic rushed to the DADA room, they dropped on the floor.

 

“What happened?!!” a teacher asked.

 

“Dementors….kept coming….” Muttered Drake.

 

The windows froze again, Dementors passed the DADA room, they all rushed inside, sucking all the souls they could find.

 

 

Jake looked terrified, he slowly walked backwards, along with the other students, the teachers stretched out their hands, protecting the kids.

 

Jake remembered what his father had said a few years ago, “Remember son….everybody has their own kind of power. You have a great one….” .

 

Jake rushed in front of the teachers and students, “Expecto….Patronum!!!!” he shouted, there was a rumbling, then a bright flash if light cleared the room, there was a call, a bird call, then the shape of a Raven was taken place. The Raven rushed at the Dementors, rushing them away, Dominic and Drake stepped up, so did most the Prefects and 3rd years +.

 

There was then a very brilliant light at the room, animals of different kinds began to take shape, and Roscuro stepped up, “Expecto Patronum!” a Dragon began to appear. All the Patronums rushed at the Dementors, soon…they were gone.

 

 

[spoiler=Chapter 7: The Raven Patronus]

Jake woke up at Dumbledore’s office; he looked in front of him and almost screamed. “Sir….why am I here?” he asked.

 

“The patronus…Where did you learn it?” he asked, ignoring Jake’s question.

 

“I don’t know….I just remembered what my father said….then I conjured it...”

 

“I see….do you know…about the raven patronus?”

 

“No…isn’t it just a regular patronus…like the others?”

 

“Wrong, the raven patronus is supposed to be rare. A patronus like that has the power to even destroy a dementor...”

 

Jake took a deep sigh, “But what does this have to do with me?”

 

“There hasn’t been a raven patronus for years….do you know who was the last conjurer of the raven patronus?”

 

“No…”

 

“It was one of the very few people who resides within…Rowena Ravenclaw”

 

“Wait…you’re saying….I’m…Rowena’s grandson?”

 

“Great grandson to be exact…but we must keep this very quiet!”

 

Jake nodded slightly, “Yes sir...”

 

***************************************

 

Jake walked through the corridors; he stopped once he took a glance of Josh. “Why are you here?”

 

“To torture you, of course…” he replied. He grabbed his wand and pointed it at Jake, “C’mon…get ready for a fight...”

 

“I’m not fighting you again…..”

 

“Expelliarmus!!” Josh flicked his wand; a scarlet blast hit Jake who was sent flying and hitting the wall.

 

“Argh! Why do you keep doing this?!!” he moaned, he dropped to the floor and grabbed his wand.

 

“Like I said, I want to torture you!! Cru-“

 

Josh’s wand was blown away and it fell to the floor. Josh staggered to grab it, of course he fell with a loud thud.

 

“Argh!! It hurts…” he moaned, he firmly gripped his hips in pain.

 

Drake rushed to Jake, “Are you alright?” he asked.

 

“I’ll be fine…thanks for the help….”

 

“You’re welcome…I don’t want to see you getting hurt...”

 

Jake nodded; he quickly got up and put his wand safely inside his Ravenclaw cloak. Then rushed back to his dormitory room, he stood still in bed. All of the questions stirring in his head…

 

”Am I really Rowena Ravenclaw’s Great Grandson? If so…do I have great wizard powers? And why is my last name…Hunters?” he thought.

 

[spoiler=Chapter 8:The Truth Within the Letter]

Jake got up the next morning feeling as cheerful as ever, forgetting the questions he thought yesterday, then quickly got dressed. He ran down the strange and moving stair all the way to the Great Hall, he sat down on the Ravenclaw table and was greeted by his many friends.

 

“Good morning” Drake stretched his hand out to Jake.

 

Jake shook Drake’s hand, “G’ mornin’ to you too...”

 

“What’s with the accent?” asked a fellow Ravenclaw, and then they all laughed.

 

Everybody’s attention was turned to the table, the empty plates and bowls were now filled up with, what seemed like dozens of food. They all grabbed the food and started eating, some were reading the newspaper while doing so and some were….waiting.

 

“What’s wrong with Drake?” Jake asked Dominic.

 

“He’s just waiting for a letter from one of the owls…” replied a different Rvaenclaw, and then shook Jake’s hand; “I’m Jacob Winnfrey…” he pointed to his twin brother beside him, “This is George...”

 

 

Jake shook both of their hands, and smiled. The twin brothers looked at themselves, then turned back to Jake, “We heard…” replied Jacob, “that you’re Rowena’s Grandson?” finished George.

 

Jake gasped, “How did you know?”

 

“We know how...” replied Jacob, “to hear people’s conversations…” finished George.

 

“Will you guys stop doing that…?”

 

“Do…” replied Jacob, “what?” finished George, then they both laughed, “Ha-ha sorry…just a joke….we want to be like the legendary Fred and George!!”

 

“You mean the Weasley brothers?”

 

“Oh yeah...” replied Jacob, both of them gave each other a high five.

 

Everyone turned their attention to the windows, which was just swarming of owls, they all rushed inside and gave their owners letters or gifts. Jake received a letter from a familiar owl, “Thanks Spark!” he shouted.

 

He opened the letter carefully then began to read it:

 

Dear Jake Hunters,

 

I have received information that you have found out about your relation to Rowena? We’ll give you information, just meet us near the entrance to the Forbidden Forest and remember…it will cost something! Make you sure you get there with no followers and 2 bags of gold…

~ signed, identity-unknown

 

Jake stole a glance at the teachers, they were busy eating, then looked back at the letter, “Information? How will I get that kind of money…?”

 

Jacob looked at Jake’s paper then quickly grabbed it from his hands. “Ahh…You need two bags of gold?”

 

“Don’t say it out loud!”

 

George snickered, “We know where you can get two bags of gold….”

 

“Where?”

 

Jacob and George looked at themselves and then at Jake, “The room of dangers” they both replied.

 

[spoiler=Chapter 9: The Room of Danger]

Jacob, George, and Jake walked along the halls of Hogwarts at exactly 12:00 AM, to search for the Room of Dangers. They walked into the Great Hall and stood behind the staff table. Jacob and George chanted, haunting Jake, and then...the door appeared. There was an outline in the wall then it curved around, shaping itself, soon it became a large door, one you would find on dungeons.

 

“Wow...” whispered Jake, he followed Jacob and George, inside.

 

“This is where we leave you, small friend…” replied Jacob, George nodded and sneaked out of the hidden room with Jacob.

 

Jake shrugged and continued, during his adventure in the Room of Dangers he met several traps and ghosts to avoid.

 

“Whoa!!” shouted Jake, barely dodging a giant spiked ceiling, “They REALLY don’t want us to come here….” he continued again, hiding from ghosts, which who was a hard inspector, they nearly caught him…

 

Jake stopped upon another large door; he knocked on it….it never moved. “Alohomora….” he whispered, that didn’t even make it move. Then he pushed on it, it moved finally and was pushed further. Jake quickly ran in before the door was swaged back, closed, he ran up to through the hall then, found a room which was full of gold. His eyes seemed to bulge open as he felt the gold flowing through his hands. He grabbed two bags from his cloak and filled it with gold, he grabbed an extra bag and filled it for himself then hurried off, dodging all the dangers, but he stopped as he heard footsteps….

 

“Oh no…” he said, he slowly walked backwards and could feel the wall softly touch his back.

 

Then….there was a human shadow, it moved closer as the image on the wall crept up to Jake…..then…there was somebody Jake didn’t expect to find….

 

Boom...

 

[spoiler=Chapter 10:Reward and Punishment]

Jake looked at the man in front of him, he looked skinny; he wore a black suit and a mask over his face to cover it.

 

“Darn it! I didn’t expect a kid here!!” he said, then grabbed a wand and he pointed it to Jake.

 

“Hey! I’m j-just a student…” he stuttered then quickly grabbed his wand, “W-who are you?”

 

“My name’s not important! Now, give me your wand!”

 

“I will never!!”

 

“Give me it!!”

 

“Expelliarmus!!!”

 

The man in black was blasted away and hit the cold hard wall; he slid down and was knocked unconscious. Jake figured that, he of course, made too much of a noise. At that moment there were other footsteps and Dumbledore appeared at the hallway, “What seems to be the problem here? A thief? ...2 thieves…..”

Jake was sent into Dumbledore’s office again, “What happened, Jake?” he asked.

 

“I...I received this letter….” Replied Jake, he searched for the letter he received at morning and gave it to Dumbledore. Dumbledore took a few minutes to read it, “You know what this means…someone here knows of you…”

 

“Yes…sir”

 

“Well…we still have further punishment to give you…and rewards…”

 

“Yes…”

 

“As a Reward for capturing the thief here…Ravenclaw will receive 50 points…as a punishment…you will be expelled from Hogwarts”

 

Jake’s eyes seemed to bulge up, “Wait…you must be joking…”

 

“No…I am not…” replied Dumbledore.

Bio: Dominic came from a family of mages that lived in Germany. His father wanted him to learn with the best, so he sent him to Hogwarts. He didn't really want to go, and is rather pissed that he's here. He has a personal hate against the Slytherins.
