You can also find a tutorial in the Tutorials forum in the Graphic Design Section (After you downloaded the program, of course).

To make a shop, click New Thread and design your shop. Look at others for ideas.

If you want to recolor or make dark synchros, download GIMP, and look for graphic tuts for doing so.
