Introduction

Yes, another Digimon RP. Except this one will (hopefully) be more awesome than the rest. Time for some history behind this roleplay's conception.

 

This roleplay is a remake of an old RP known as Seven Demon Lords, as you can see by the title. The original was created by Pokelen, so credit goes to him for the idea.

 

Also, the [F13] in the title means that this is an official Faction 13 Roleplay.

Premise

A familiar and deadly force threatens the peace of the Digital World: The Seven Great Demon Lords. Sadly, there seems to be little stopping their conquest, since the activity of the Royal Knights seems to have declined over the years. Even the God of the Digital World, Yggdrasil, is nowhere to be seen.

 

Elsewhere, several humans have found their way to the Digital World. The inhabitants of the Digital World believe that these humans are the world's only hope to restore peace, despite the present weakness of the humans.

Personalities: Arthur is an intelligent and trusting person, but remains cautious of those he finds suspicious. Strabimon shows little respect towards his Tamer, but cares for both of their lives. He wants to defeat the Demon Lords simply because they're making things "less fun" for him.

Arthur was born on January 18 in Japan. At the age of 4, his family moved to America. He has little recollection of how his life was before then, as do most young children. While in America, he made very many friends, and lived life as an ordinary student, and met a kind girl named Alexandra Kadrioz. Sadly, at the age of 13, Arthur moved back to Japan, but he kept his memories of his friends close to him. He occasionally contacts the friends he made in America online.

 

One of his favorite games is Final Fantasy XII. When Arthur was 15, he entered a contest where participants were to submit cards for a contest, so Arthur created cards based on the 13 Espers from the game. The winner of the contest was never announced.

 

One night, precisely two weeks prior to the current events taking place, while Arthur was researching astrology, a subject he had become quite attached to, a window popped up offering him the chance to enter a new world. Arthur merely thought it was an invitation to another site, like a forum or MMORPG, so he accepted. However, he soon found himself inside a strange place, known as the Digital World.

 

Upon his arrival, he was attacked by a Kokuwamon, but the creature was vanquished by a bipedal canine creature named Gaomon, who introduced himself as a Digimon. The Digimon explained the basics of the Digital World, and a peculiar device materialized into his hand. Gaomon declared that it was a Digivice, an item signifying that Arthur was a Tamer destined to save the Digital World.

Personalities: Jacob is lazy, stubborn and sort of an idiot. He doesn't understand much about others feelings. Wizardmon is calm and collected most of the time restraining Jacob's rashness. He will gladly trade his life for his partner.

Jacob was born December 12 in Thailand. Where his parents were stationed at by the Japanese military. His father was the head of technology at the base, and trying to find ways to completely stop cyber-terrorist. At the age of 7 his father was involved in an accidental explosion. His father needing constant care is to forever remain at the hosiptal in Kyoto.

 

Since then Jacob has been trying to take over for his dad and began investigating and stopping cyber-terror. Spending so much time with technology he never developed his "people skills" He most of the time disregaurds others feelings and ideas. Through the events that have took place in his life he tries to understand philosophy and the meaning of life.

 

About 5-days ago he was researching a new "teleportation" device developed by his dad. After turning it on nothing happened so he went back to his computer to find a virus message. As soon as he clicked on his firewall the teleportation device turned back on and sucked him in. Upon waking up a hand was offered to him. "Thanks buddy, what happened?" and was surprised to see Wizardmon. "Are you Jacob? You talk in your sleep a lot." Then where his laptop had been a digivice lay. After being scared to death at first he has come to accept the condition he is in.

Personalities: Always insecure and shy, Ytidens is a control freak. His insecurity leads him to a necessity to control everything he sees. As intelligent as he is misunderstood, Ytidens is a master tactician, and always has a backup plan for every possible situation. There has yet to be a person that can really connect with Ytidens, but it might be good to find one now, because he seems to be trying to conquer the world...

Dreadmon is supremely witty. It communicates through music, and often radiates music appropriate to the situation (i.e., a very dramatic piece during battle). Its intelligence and ideologies, however, match those of its schizotypal tamer, and it is completely loyal to Ytidens.

Biography: Always insecure and shy, Ytidens is a control freak. His insecurity leads him to a necessity to control everything he sees. As intelligent as he is misunderstood, Ytidens is a master tactician, and always has a backup plan for every possible situation. There has yet to be a person that can really connect with Ytidens, but it might be good to find one now, because he seems to be trying to conquer the world...

Biography: It was a summer day in a small town of fairfield, Ohio. Chris was just in the local park as he played soccer with his brother. The continued to kick the ball back and forth as they enjoyed themselves. It was several hours later as it got dark, they headed home.

 

As he got to home he went through the door heading toward his room. Finally when he entered his room his computer was glowing. He took a seat as he saw something strange that pulled him in. Before he knew it he was in a strange world.

Roleplay Example: The beast that looked somehow, otherworldly, lunged at Lyle, sending him flying backwards "Gack! Damnit!" Lyle yelled when he stopped flying. "You! Get away from this place!" The creature that had addressed himself as Strikedramon. "What? Why!? I've been here plenty of times, and I've NEVER seen you before!" Lyle yelled at Strikedramon "Fool! This is the Digital World!" "What?!" Lyle stood there, surprised. "Yes, the Digital World. Now, do you need to find your way home?" Strikedramon cackled "No... But still, by the look of your world, and the fact that because of this "Digivice" I turned you from a shrimp into this, you need my help." Lyle said. "Grr..." Strikedramon growled "Fine, I'll let you travel with me." Strikedramon finally said. Then, the pair set out.

Personalities: Friendly, daring, smart

Biography: Kaiba grew up poor and alone. This gave him chances to be a cold and hard person. But his attitude just wouldn't allow it. He was too nice. One day, his parents bought their first computer. Sucks for Kaiba that the computer was an open portal to the Digital World. He was the first one to use it and got sucked in.

Kaiba landed on his butt. "What the heck just happened." He looked through his pocket for his cell phone. "No signal....crap" What he didn't notice was that his cell phone had become a digivice. "Who's there!" Kaiba got spooked by the voice and freaked out when a Bakemon appeared right in front of him.

Character Name: Zachary Armidayle

Digimon: Dracmon-Sangloupmon-Matadormon-GranDracmon

Personalities: Zachary is as smug as he is handsome, which is saying much. He acts arrogantly as he is confident in his partner's abilities.

Appearance:

Biography: Zachary was born into a well off family, and yet, he acts like a complete rich boy. He preffered to be alone, thinking everyone beaneath him. THis was effective as many of the children did, and Zachary just preffered to remain ognorant of what they said behind his back. As he grew older he became more dignified, preffering to wear a tuxedo suit than regular clothes.

 

But, like any generic rich boy, he just wanted a friend. He got this when crashing was heard from his dad's study. He found that his dad had been knocked out and a mutant wolf had entered. He prepared to attack it when it leaped intot he computer and vanished. Zachary grabbed his dad's gun and chased after the creature into a new world, where he realised that his enemy would have to become his friend, to survive.

'No wonder you ever had any friends, I'm wouldn't be surprised if your parents even insulted you behind your back'.

 

They had finally reached the boneyard, which was a large bone filled pit. Zachary got off Sang and they both got inside to find many digimon wandering this apparant city. 'This place smells vile. It is dark, dank, dreary and in depserate need of a clean' Zachary said. 'I know, it is home' Snag replied, attempting to grin. 'Don't do that, it's creepy. Now, where is your lord then?' he asked. 'Follow me' Sang growled and began walking over to a large bone tower. 'It's an elevator' Zachary said. Sang was silent as the lift began to descend, even the elevator music was eriee. It took 5 minutes for the lift to finally end, opening into a large dark chamber. At the very center was a large pyre of black fire. Zachary walks over to it, Sang followed him. 'My lord, I have brought you, him' Sang roared. The fire blazed into life as a large figure appeared in the fire. 'Indeed you have, this is Zachary Armidayle. Go figure. Now, I am the Lord of the Undead; Venommyotismon, and I am going to task you with a task. You are to stop the 7 Daemon Lords before they destroy our world. We are sedate undead digimon, and thus they pose a threat. There are other humans in in this world, each coming over time. You should unite with them, now go, our way of life is threatened, you are our avatar' Venom lengthily stated. Zachary sighed. 'I'll do it' he said half-commitedly and left.

Roxas, please be very finicky with your selections. If anything, this should be better than SDL. And a lot slower, obviously.

Roleplay Example:

"Hydra Tachyon Obliterator!" DreadKaiserDramon Infinity mode roared, firing colossal laser beams from its cannon and from each of its mouths. MokushEternamon was blasted backwards. However, it was able to quickly recover.

 

"Zetsumagon Blade!" the dark knight snarled. Clearly, Lucemon had regained control. The massive black sword extended to a tremendous length, knocking DreadKaiserDramon to the ground.

 

Slowly, the hydra got to its feet. "TRI-TERROR CRUSHER!" it bellowed, firing small black orbs from each of its mouths. The orbs erupted into miniature black holes. Lucemon was unable to avoid being sucked towards the left one, but a touch from its zwiehänder destroyed it. The rest were destroyed with a Zetsumagon Blade attack, which continued on to strike DreadKaiserDramon in the left head. The beast was knocked to the ground again.

It an early Sunday morning, maybe around 6:00 AM. The sun just started to rise from the East and the rays from the sun started to peak into the window of the little white house. As the light starts to move across the ground and hits a young man in the face as he sleeps. His eyes started to twitch he falls out of the bed and hits the ground hard. He puts his hand against the floor and pushes himself up and gets to his feet. Feeling unbalanced. As he scratches his head and yawns. "Wow I had a bad night didn't eye." With his eyes half open and walks into the kitchen seeing his mom. A women with long black hair. "Good morning. How are you this morning Tomas." Tomas' mom smiles and continues to make the pancakes with the aroma a blueberries filled the air.

Oh, yeah, Legend Zero should be in this. He's perfect for the philosophical wars taking place between the anarchistic Demon Lords, democratic Heroes, and socialistic Ytidens.
