Isn't Rose, Warrior of Revenge like the best possible tuner option for this deck?

 

Edit: Noticed the Spellcaster themed extra deck so Resonator/NES seems all cool but 3 Tempest/3 Arcanite isn't particularly budget =/

actually i picked up 2 copies of Arcanite magician for £10, because they haven hit the meta hard they haven't had huge increase in price.

Still, Tempest goes for about £20 minimum but I guess that isn't bad considering the cost of meta decks.
