TrickyPooBoy
Forget Lapras, I'm gonna get an Aron, and bring it to an Aggron while giving it the Macho Brace! After that, I'll teach it Gyro Ball!!!!!
Felix
That's actually a good combo, how very strange that you cam up with it... Although Lefties will still be better on most occasions.
TrickyPooBoy
I'll teach it this: Gyro BallThunderpunchRock Slide/Stone Edge/Any Powerful Rock Type MoveBulk Up Now now, you didn't expect a kid who's been obsessing over the games for 5 years now to be dim-witted, did you? I know some combos. :D
Felix
Get rid of TPunch for EQ and Bulk Up for Curse; 252 Hp, 252 ATK, 4 Def;Adamant Nature or the +ATK-SPE Nature when you're going with Lefties. (Basicaly have two varients) Avalanche is also an option. Who do you guys think got the biggest present from Plat? Most people will say Szizor but there are an awful lot of Pokemon that got great toys to play with.
TrickyPooBoy
I was thinking of Curse, but I'm to lazy to breed. Also I changed my mind earlier for Avalanche. Why would I teach EarthQuake? I need to douse Aggrons Weakness of Water. SuperPowerAvalancheGyro BallBulk Up There. But.... Is Curse a tm?
Felix
If you don't breed you won't get the right IVs which are vital for WiFi success. With Stone Edge, EQ and Gyro Ball you do two things; one, you get two STABS, and two, you get nutral or SE on all common Water types, the ones that you don't get SE hits on you shouldn't be taking on anyway because they are Special Attackers or carry Special Type mobves, which will pwn you easily. Stone Edge and EQ have goos synchronisation and with this set, Gyro Ball will pwn almost anything. Anywho, you should probably go with one of the less original sets on Smogon while you're still inexperienced.
TrickyPooBoy
Stone Edge costs 80 BP!!!!! It would be a thorn in my side to train it all the way..... I think I'll just migrate a lv40 Larion and train it from there. What would I delete for EQ? SuperPower?
Felix
Agron doesn't learns SE naturaly:? Well that's stupid. The fact that it's one of the best moves in the game means you need to have it. If you get Shoddy Battle you won't need to worry about that stuff.
TrickyPooBoy
An issue is this: I rock a Double Battles. If I have EQ, I'll destroy my Lucario and Tyranitar! I guess I can teach EQ... EarthquakeAvalancheGyro BallBulk Up

TrickyPooBoy
Ok. Anyway, what else is there to talk about on here? Quick Balls FAIL. I used one on Zapdos and it was a mile away from catching it. IT'S A LV60 BIRD POKEMON HERE!
Felix
You're not lucky enough then. Get a Pokemon with False Swipe, train it up, get Zap to one Hp. Use another guy with a Sleep Move next time you see it then Dusk/Ultra Balls until you catch it.

TrickyPooBoy
A little bit. But, don't you think it's kinda dumb, how people buy games just to cheat on them? What's the fun in that? Missingno glitch in Red was AWESOME!!!!! I have Red and Missingno Rules!!!!! :D But that's beside the point. :D
~Emo~
I had red when I was 7. My missingo evolved into some dinosaur thing. Also he was bird type instead of flying.
TrickyPooBoy
I know, it's awesome! It probably evolved into Kangaskan. But, this is about Pokemon Platinum, not Red.
