Almost every pokemon I have at level 100 got their with rare candies. Their is nothing wrong with using them.

Blisseys have horrible ATK and Sp. ATK. I would NEVER teach it Flamethrower or Ice Beam.

Using Rare candies makes Pokemon Stats go down more! I only used them on my Heracross and Crobat ^^

EDIT: I have a Shiny Crobat and Shiny Golem. You're not the only one. I found the Graveler and traded, so it's a Golem now. My friend traded me a Shiny Zubat lv11, and I trained it to level100 using only 7 Rare Candies and skill. ^_^

Looks to be a pretty good moveset for your Lucario. Now if you can show us its current stats, we could make a better evaluation on whether it is good or not.

Random Xing said it sucked. I don't see what's wrong with those moves. It fits in with my team. All my Pokemon know different types of moves, besides Blissey.

Biss gets attack moves for one reason. Because she needs them to pick on the two most over used pokemon's weakness.

 

Rare Candies don't make stats drop >_>. However told you that needs to get their facts checked.

Like, if you EV something, and it doesn't gain any levels while being EV'd, and then Rare Candy it, it won't gain the bonus from EV's right?

 

But in-game it doesn't really matter because all of the in-game enemy pokes are below level 100 and not EV'd.

Its like my Kyogre. It went from 45(it starts at 45, right?) and went all the way to 100, And yet, I only used like 10 Rare Candies on it. Its SATK is like 300-ish.

 

And for the record, This is a Kyogre that I transfered over, Via, The PAL Pack

Charizard can not have a speed of 462. Hell your could only have 299 at max. The nature is bad and Charizard is a hard pokemon to use. I say just use a different pokemon.
