Seijin: well, I guess I've had enough fun....(looks at clock. 5pm) Leo's logging off now and DA's at his grandparents...(he gets up and decides to take a walk to a little italian restaurant)

--hey guys, should we get done our pro qualification duels?

OOC: No. I'm staying. This is my first and my all time favorite RP, it is almost as awesome as me.

Michael: He arrived at the city, and found the Kiaba corp. building. He started walking toward it.

(the next day the 4 duelists and Damion gathered into the duel arena for the qualification duels) Damion: it'll be Mai vs Crystal first then AJ vs Joey

 

Mai: looks like it's you and me hun, let's show these boys how proper dueling is done

OOC: (In a Sherlock Holmes motif) well, I deduced, mostly because I kept getting aggrevated when you left, that you normally left at about 5 pm here in Michigan. So I checked my phone and wanted to find out why you left so early. I looked five hours ahead and found you were either in England or in the border of Africa.(your Timezone) So now I don't get mad everytime we leave a subplot unfinished.

"Exactly, girl power forever," grinned Crystal as she took to the stage. She shuffled her deck and drew five. "Who's going first?"

[Infinitus]

Michael: He got into Kiaba's office "Hello, sir? I'm here."

 

Kiaba: "I've been waiting for this." He activates his duel disk "I wanted to see how you would measure up to me."

 

Michael: "Actually, it's the other way around."

 

Kiaba: "I see your a smooth operator, we'll see how smooth you are against me."

OOC: The arena at the acadmy right?

Mai: i'll let you go first (draws her 5 cards)

OoC: guys we need some activity over at Spirits and Darkness!

[Negimalevolent]

OOC: Can I come cheer you guys on?

[Naimo]

"Very well," said Crystal as she drew. "First I set a monster. Now I'll throw two face downs and end. Make your move Mai."

[Infinitus]

OOC: THANK YOU LEONIC! I'm decreasing your sue 90%

Mai: (draws) i'll activate my Harpie's Hunting Ground field spell, then i'll summon my Cyber Harpie to the field and due to the effect of my Hunting Gorunds i'll destroy 1 face down, then i'll activate Elogent Egotist and summon my Harpie Lady Sisters (1950) then another face down is destroyed, now my sisters, attack her facedown monster!

[Naimo]

"Not so fast with that hunting ground, I activate Curse of Royal! Now it's bye bye to your field, and as for your Egoist, I was expecting that so I play Spell Shield Type-8. By discarding a spell card I can negate and destroy your Egoist."

OOC: I dont know actually....

Mai: not bad hun, but i'll send my Cyber Shield equip spell to the grave and negate you spell sheild, so egotist stays

 

--i think that's it, i can discard a spell to negate that right?

[Naimo]

OoC: are you sure that's right? Cyber Shield just increases an ATK and DEF of a Harpie monster by 500.....
