I like v2 better because the green matches the render but the blue backgroud meases it up

lol theres a story behind that. it started out a lot more blue with 1 of the tornado looking c4ds as a larger part of the BG and another unrelated c4d. it was supposed to be a sky scene. the other c4d wasn't working out so I deleted it and added the row of bricks and then from that I added the current main c4d and then had to delete the tornado thingy and so then I made the tag I have now but there are still those dang blue corners that I should fix. and thats the story, hope you enjoyed listening

tl;dr there were a lot of changes when I made this like the color scheme

@yoshi,gohan- thnx :D

Sorry that I couldn't give any real CnC, I was a little busy. So here it is:

Render is good, but; I believe there are better ones. I just don't like the rocks and stuff as it doesn't fit in with the sig. It's good Nonetheless.

Retro Mario Look is win ;D

The blue backround ruins V1. Sorry. =[

V2 is better because you covered that. But, I don't believe the coloring of the c4ds is that good. Maybe change it? But then again, I'm color blind, so meh.

tl;dr: Pathetic attempt at me trying to make people think I know what I'm saying =] I like it.

i was say. u do cnc? did u make ur sig?

anyways, they were originally black but I have a color adjustment layer on that makes things a more yellowish green

the render was him smashing but i turned it into a cloud but the brick smash is actually what inspired the retro mario border :P since I originally wanted a ground scene with 3D black bricks and dark colors

and the BG does kill teh tag

thanks guys :D I'm glad I'm actually able to make somewhat good sigs

I like v2 better.

personally, I think that the rocks/boulders on the sides of the image don't fit in to well. They seem sorta...pixelized, which doesn't fit to well with the rest of the image.

Your tags just keep getting better and better though, nice job!

I was gonna say' date=' you do cnc? Did you make your current tag. I didn't think you were a GFXer.

1. Yes, rarely, but yes. 2. Yes, I did make that tag. 3. I just started about a month ago.

Hello fellow Gfx'er.

The problems with your sig are as follows;

1: The render obviously does not fit with the bg. It's like putting 3D on 2D and vice versa.

2: The walls on the left and right ruin the tag and your small amount of depth.

3 Randomly placing c4ds and not doing anything with them is quite bad.

Now I will tell you what you can do to improve.

1: Drop the c4ds and try the pentool and shapes.

2: Get a less crappy image of that wall and place it as the bg with the Bowser render at the bottom.

3: Try using wireframes and other tools to help flow.

Try following these tips.

Tho it would be great if you also applied some of your own techniques.

Have a great day =]

lol thanks for the tips. i saw your name on the post and I was liek "oh noez" but this is OK. I should try those wireframes. I guess this means I should read pentool tuts since I haven't a clue what to do with that thing. thank you =)
