Vlad vs Jess (OVA Fanfic) (Ep.1)

[align=center] i only plan for this to be 3 eps long something short and sweet. This is not a speed duel just a normal one on bikes, because its 100 times cooler that way XD. i did my best to fined all the grammar and spell mistakes but there still might be some, so don't jabroni. Also this is an OVA it doesn't need a back story. If ppl like this i might give some back story eps and some more eps.

Episode 1: Dark Synchro vs Synchro[/align]

 

The lights on the screen turned green as soon as they where red, and the 2 duelist toke off in their D-Wheels. The crowd cheard loud as smoke filled the stadium from the take off of the 2 bikes.

 

It was the underdog Vlad vs Jess, his brother, and 2nd best duelist in the world. Both made it to the top, but only one would walk away the champ of the Venus cup.

 

"ill be going first" Vlad said to his brother with a huge grin on his face. He drew 5 card and placed them in his hand slot in from of his bike. His bike was white resembling that of a VA Track T-800CDI (Google the Bike its bad ass). Vlad's white suit was just as shinny as his bikes, with a silver helmet on his head that held back his red hair.

 

"you need to take this more serious brother" responded Jess. He did the same action of placing 5 cards in his hand. His bike was the same type as Vlad's, but Jess was a black and deep dark red color.

 

Both where neck and neck. "i draw" Vlad said pulling a card from his deck that was located on his arm. "I'll start this match off with a combo you can't recover from" he said taking the card he just drew and slashing it into his spell and trap zone on the front of his duel disc. "I play Falling Star" he said with a grin. "Now i can special summon 1 Shooting Star monster from my hand that is level 4 or lower and i choose..." he said grabbing 1 card from his hand slot. "Shooting Star 2."

 

A Small white boy that looked like a power ranger with 1 Huge blue star on his helmet and another on his right hand appeared. The boy laughed a floated behind the moving bike.

 

"A Tuner monster already!?" Jess asked his narrow face gave a confused look.

 

"That's right, but hes not alone just watch" Vlad said interruptibility, "i also play Super Nova Turbo" slashing yet another card into his spell and trap zone. "with this I discard 1 Shooting Star monster, such as Shooting Star 6" he add, grabbing his card from his hand and putting it into a hole right above his duel system. From his deck 1 card popped out. Vlad continued, "and ill add 1 Shooting Star monster with a lower level than the discarded one". Vlad pull the card from his deck "ill just add Shooting Star 5"

 

Jess checked his brothers card with his helmet. "here it comes right?"

 

"Correct as always brother" Vlad replied opening his hand in front of him self. "i remove my Shooting Star 6 to special summon yet another 6 from my deck"

 

A light shot up from Vlads deck and another white human figured appear but this time it was a teenage boy. This one was different from the first he had 1 Star on his helmet, 1 on each hand, another across his chest, and 1 on each knee cap.

 

Vlad closed his eyes, and raised his arm, "When there is only darkness there will always be star light!" Vlad quickly opened his eyes and yelled "Synchro Summon!" When he said that, the White humanoid boy vanished leaving only his blue 2 Stars behind.

 

The 2 stars began to twirl around the other humanoid figure. Shooting Star 6 opens his arms and legs and yelled, as a white light grew around him. he was slowly consumed by it.

 

"Shooting Star 8 come forth and crush those who are in our path to the Stars" Vlad said pointing the glowing orb that used to be Shooting Star 6.

 

An explosion of light shot forth from the white mass. the light quickly went in words leaving a Giant Humanoid with the same type of look as the other 2 summoned before. this one had all the stars as 6 but with 2 Giant ones on its back. the Monster stood nearly 10 feet tall and floated right next to his master.

 

"Now thanks to Shooting Star 2's effect i get to draw 2 cards when he was used for a synchro" Vlad said pulling 2 more card from his deck. Vlad looked over his hand and grabbed 1 card from it and placed it face down into his card slot. "ill set 1 and that will be my turn".

 

DUEL STATUS:

Vlad: Hand: 4 Field: Shooting Star 8 (ATK: 2700) 1 set card LP: 4000

Jess: Hand: 5 Field: None LP: 4000

 

Jess grunted and drew 1 card. "i play a spell card called Reinforcements of the Army, so I can add the legendary Darkforce Shuno Guardian to my hand from my deck" jess said pulling the card from his deck. "lets see if your synchro can stand up to this" he said placing his monster into his 3rd slot.

 

A dark energy orb appeared in front of jess. as it slow be came a humanoid figure with bat like wing, a blue muscular body, with 2 giant ears. The costume wearing villain laughed as he turned to his owner. The villian placed his 2 fists together and fired a energy wave down at jess deck.

 

"With Shuno's effect i special summon 1 level 4 or lower monster from my Deck, like Darkforce Shuno Trainy" jess said pulling a card from his deck and instantly placing it in defense mode on his duel zone.

 

yet another dark energy orb appeared, and quickly morphed into another costume wearing villain, but this one was different looking from the other. He still had the same blue armor, but it was like it didn't fit the human inside.

 

"2 monster using 1 effect. impressive brother but there still no match for 8" Vlad said looking at his brother's monsters stats. on his helmet the number came up: Attack power: 1700, Defense power: 1700.

 

"Just as i thought; you forgot everything i taught you" Jess yelled interrupting his brother concentration. "My Dark Shuno Gaurdian now is forced to drain my newly special summoned monster level, leaving him with out an effect, and no attack and defense points." Jess stared at his monsters.

 

The original evil monster turned to his newly summoned companion. The Villain opened his mouth, and waited as 4 bright energy balls flow out of the trainees body into his mouth. The trainy stood there looking like he had lost his life but his armor began to glow.

 

Jess cracked smiled and said "Normally my Guardian would make it so my monster would have no effect left, but thanks the my Trainees special armor his effect stays. Jess raised his hand "now then lets get this riding duel under way, by having my Trainy give my Guardian 2 extra levels".

 

A dark gas rose out from the dead looking monster and swirled around into the other. Guardian laughed as his body grow and grow making it look like he was about to burst from all the muscles he had.

 

"Now my Darkforce Shuno Guardian is level 10 and my Darkforce Shuno Trainy is level 0" jess said confidently.

 

"so what" vlad said not knowing what his brother was trying to do.

 

Jess raised his fist as high as he could "i tune my Guardian to my trainy".

 

"a level 10 synchro...?" the announcer asked.

 

"Wrong with a Dark Tuner its different!" jess interrupted placing his hand back on his bike.

 

"Dark Tuner?" vlad said quietly.

 

"correct, but instead of addition i subtracted" jess answered. "0 minus 10 equals".

 

"negative 10?" everyone in the stadium yelled.

 

"My brother; when darkness overlaps darkness, it shall open the gateway to a world without light, and from that world i call out: Dark Synchro Summon!" Jess yelled as he pointed to his guardian. the monster nodded and exploded leaving behind 10 glowing stars. the stars fired at the Trainy smashing into his blue armor and slowly began to dig in. The monster grown in pain and the stars broken into his armor and went into its body. the monster slowly became black mist leaving only 10 dark stars left. the stars flew up in the air and collided into one making 1 large black cycle.

 

"Come on out Darkforce Blud Lord" Jess said smiling pointing to the black mass. the Black mass fired out-word; leaving behind a man in boney armor. his red cape flowed as he went next to his speeding master.

 

"He is 100 attack points short of my Shooting Star" said Vlad staring at his helmet.

 

"He will do" Jess said looking to his brother.

 

Vlad smiled "if you say so bro".

 

"2 cards face down" Jess said staring straight ahead. "Turn end"

 

DUEL STATUS:

Vlad: Hand: 4 Field: Shooting Star 8 (ATK: 2700), 1 set card. LP: 4000

Jess: Hand: 3 Field: Darkforce Blud Lord (ATK:2600), 2 set cards. LP: 4000

 

"Draw!" Vlad yelled. pulling another card from his deck.

 

"Trap card open" Jess yelled back clicking a button on his bike. The trap he just activated flipped face up. "Darkforce Exchange".

 

Vlads eyes narrowed. "whats your plan brother?" he asked.

 

Jess discard 1 card from his hand by slashing it into the middle of his D.Wheel's duel system. "I'm glad you asked. I discard 1 monster card from my hand and tribute my Blud Lord...". as jess spoke he monster collapsed in on its self become a Red orb. The red orb disappeared into nothing. "... And then i special 1 Darkforce Dark Synchro monster who's level is 2-4 levels higher than the monster i tributed". Out from the trap card came yet another man in armor, but his armor was like ice and resembled a Sea monster. The monster placed its giant Lance in front of its self. "welcome Darkforce Frozen Flangaurd in defense mode!"

 

"2750 defense points, Nice defense" Vlad said back impressed with his brothers move.

 

"you have yet to see the first horror of my move, so lets start" Jess answered. "First off My Flangaurd's effect adds 3 Shield Counters to its self, and if your monster tries to battle him your monster will lose 500 attack points for each. Oh on top of that thanks to my Blud Lord being in the graveyard all Dark Tuners gain 1 level, and all Non-Tuners, Non-Dark Synchro, and Non-Synchros monsters loss 1 level"

 

"Damn"! it was the only thing Vlad could say.

 

"Brother don't be impressed just yet" he said closing his eyes for a second. "the monster i discarded has a similar effect of that of Blud Lord. Thanks to Xes Emulater, each Dark Tuner monsters level is increased by 1"

 

'He set it up so that he can Dark Synchro incredibly low level monster with ease' Vlad thought to him self. "but that's not going to stop me!" he yelled out load. "Broken Star go" he said placing a spell card in his duel system. "i now discard 1 Shooting Star Tuner monster and draw 2 cards". Vlad discarded Shooting Star 3 and drew 2 cards. 'i'm sorry 3 your sacrifice will not be in vain.'

 

"Now then i equip Fine Tuned Rail Gun to Shooting Star 8" Vlad activated his trap card and then placed his hand on his deck. a drill formed on his monsters arm. metal like wires ran up 8's arm to his shoulder. 'sorry my friends but'... "i must send 1 random Tuner monster from my deck to the graveyard". his deck shuffled and popped a card out. Vlad looked at the card. 'Sorry Shooting Star 0' he thought to him self as he sent his card to the graveyard. "now then my Rail Gun can destroy any card on the field like your monster".

 

Jess growed out "Trap card open, Synchro Deviation. I cut your Synchro monster in 2 so your equipment trap is lost".

 

Vlad eyes grow wide as he monster disappeared into mist "What"!? "Damn you brother, but thanks to your card i can special summon 2 monster with half the levels of the effected monster. So come on out Shooting Star 4 Extra". Vlad began to laugh.

 

"Whats so funny your monsters only have 1900 attack points" Jess asked.

 

"I tribute 1 of my 4's to place 1 White Dwarf Dragon on top of my deck" Vlad said in laughter.

 

Jess gret his teeth together. 'White Dwarf Dragon! Vlads ace monster.'
