Exodia not being a competitive Decktype is no argument against unlimiting Exodia pieces. lrn2readingcomprihenshun.

So they may as well be unlimited amirite? Protecting players from being stupid isn't an excuse to limit cards.
werewolfjedi
well, unlimiting them would create problems since it would be easier to get all the pieces turbo style via heart of the underdog, and common charity ( the allure for normal monsters. which happens to be a trap, so I can play it in my draw phase and make heart of the underdog activate again.) or if you fill the rest of the deck with lightsworn and cat of ill omen, you can mill them and grab them back with backup solder. I think that deck idea would be best with 2 of each, not 3.
fleeordie
Would be great if they decide to unlimit the head. For a more interesting exodia deck, they might want to say, semi left arm, unlimit right arm/leg and limit the rest. Then we can see how people would build their decks. Guest PikaPerson01
Lucksack cards only exist to lucksack.
Mr. Judgment Dragon
Ban the head so the Vanilla limbs can all be at 3. It is better to ban one card so 4 can be at 3 instead of having 5 cards Limited. The head is also banworthy as it only exists to provide lucksack victories. Azmodius
It should be unlimited. Not semi. Semi is for Mali only.

Guest Chaos Pudding
The limbs, sure. Put them at 19 for all I care. The head, however, goes to 0.

How is it that terriable? Exodia pieces at three sounds more like it would give someone more then just Glads, Lightsworn, Twilight to choose from. No. If for some reason a consistent FTK Deck is created as a result of all the Exodia pieces being at 3, that would be the only viable Deck in that format (assuming nothing else is touched). Why you may ask? Because people would just make Exodia FTK and all duels will be determined by the toss of a coin. It would be terrible. Even Twilight and Lightsworn would be too slow to be viable and that is saying something considering how fast those Decks are.
~/Coolio Prime\~
The game is supposed to be about how you work with the cards you have. Obviously you have to put some thought into what cards you put in your deck, and that's a deciding factor as well. However, something like Exodia, which has your starting hand determine the game, is unacceptable.
metalflygon08
Exodia peices are searchable by sangan and witchin traditional, run 3 of them and just 1 of each piece ad victory is soon, it's just to good of a 5 card combo as yur opponent can't see it ccoming, and it starts faster than anything and there is no way to stop it.
