werewolfjedi
what I am trying to say is that it is overall a good card idea I get to have a trap that is chainable, thins my deck one, gives me a super version of a monster I have on the field, breaks targeting, and if it dies, I get the old one back. the only real reason they aren't played is that they don't support themselves to make them not suck. I mean, come on, couldn't they have at least made it possible to tribute the monster for it if it is in our hand as well? discuss how they should have been made to work. necrofearless
i'm making an assault deck and it is a good deck in my opinion. however the only real support card you would need is burst slash and assault teleport. burst slash: pop every monster on the field and then bring out your synchro monster for open attack assault teleport: you get an assault monster in your hand (dead draw) and use AT to pop it back in the deck for a draw of 2 cards. sort of like a bootleg d-draw. GenzoTheHarpist
I think Assault Beast is useful as well. There's nothing wrong with assault modes, they just don't have a load of back-up if they can't get the buster out.

Guest Chaos Pudding
Assault Mode Activate as a Trap works a bit too well for my tastes, mostly because it can activate in the Battle Phase (lol Trap Jammer).
Amaterasu
communism works. in theory... Amen. absolutely as long as the government doesn't get greedy. Assult mode cards are cool I guess but the trap thing makes it over powered in my opinion. I don't think their out yet where I live though. What incentive would people have to go against primal instincts? Trust me, all animals are greedy, humans included. On-topic: Eh. Buster Modes. Not all that great IMO. guy person
I'm still in the process of making my deck. So far they have proved to be very inconsistent but I am trying my hardest to work it out. So far the summon priest rout has worked fairly well, but has it's own problems of making you run things like rose warrior. I will probably go back to the D-Hero engine and give it another try before I completely chuck the idea out the window.
tonisanoob
buster modes, dosnt seem worth it, unless you have a deck based soley around the specific 1, and even at that its waay too inconsistent, as it forces you to run a -1 trap card the only 1 possibly worth it is stardust buster

necrofearless
right now 1 stardust/Bust and 1 Red arch/Bust works fine for me and the decks works well. got three OTK's with it so far. then again wasn't facing any LS or Glad's decks yet to really test it out. werewolfjedi
problem is that there is no deckspaec to place in the buster mode and monsters. your not very bright are you? never take something like assault mode monsters and try to throw them into a deck already made, you most consider both parts at the same time.
