The Monarchs are Level 6 so after they have been summoned, you can use them as Synchro Fodder for Level 8 Synchros. Spell Striker is Monarch fodder and allows Level 5 and Level 7 Synchros to be summoned. Treeborn Frog is infinite Tribute Fodder that can be dumped. It can also fine tune Levels for Synchros but then again, most times you will want to tribute it for a Monarch. Instant Fusion opens Level 6 and Level 8 Synchro options and again, the Monsters summoned can be used to generate an instant Monarch. This is also legal in the Advanced Format.
