Just something I'm working on XD

 

Name: Gate Blocker 3

Attribute: EARTH

Type: Rock / Effect

Level: 8

ATK: 100

DEF: 3000

Lore: You can Special Summon this card by Tributing 1 "Gate Blocker 2". Your opponent cannot use the effect of "Speed World" to place Speed Counters on itself. During each of your opponent's Standby Phase, your opponent loses 1 Speed Counter.

 

 

Name: Speed World - Fast Lane

Attribute: SPELL

Type: Field

Lore: This card is treated as "Speed World". If a player activates a Spell Card, other than a "Speed Spell", they take 2000 damage. During each player's Standby Phase, place 1 Speed Counter on this card for each player (max. 12 for each player). When a player takes damage, remove Speed Counters of the attacked Player from this card for each multiple of 1000 damage taken. During either yours or your opponent's Main Phase 1, the turn player can pay 500 Life Points to add 1 Speed Counter on themself. After 25 turns have passed since the first turn of the Duel, the player with the most Speed Counters wins the Duel.

Lore: Activate only when you control less Speed Counters than your opponent while "Speed World - Fast Lane" is active. Pay 500 Life Points to reduce your opponent's Speed Counters by 3.

 

 

Name: Speed Spell - Shortcut!

Attribute: SPELL

Type: Quick-Play

Lore: Activate only when you control at least 3 less Speed Counters than your opponent and while "Speed World - Fast Lane" is active. Increase your Speed Counters until you have 2 more than your opponent. Then, increase the turn count on "Speed World - Fast Lane" by 2.

 

 

 

Name: Speed Spell - Slipstream

Attribute: SPELL

Type: Quick

Lore: Activate only when you have 1 less Speed COunter than your opponent. Increase your Speed Counters by 2.

 

 

Name: Speed Spell - White Flag

Attribute: SPELL

Type: Normal

Lore: Activate only while "Speed World - Fast Lane" is active and your opponent has less than 1 Speed Counter while you have 5 or more. Draw 2 cards. Then increase the turn count on "Speed World - Fast Lane" by 1.

 

 

Name: Speed Spell - Sudden Downpour

Attribute: SPELL

Type: Normal

Lore: Activate only while "Speed World - Fast Lane" is active and you have less Speed Counters than your opponent. This card remains on the field for 3 of your opponent's turns. While this card is face-up on the field you and your opponent cannot gain any Speed Counters. When this card's effect has resolved and has sent to the Graveyard. Increase your Speed Counters until you have 1 less than your opponent

 

 

Name: Speed Spell - Green Flag

Attribute: SPELL

Type: Normal

Lore: Activate only while "Speed World - Fast Lane" is active. You and your opponent gain 3 Speed Counters.

 

 

Name: Speed Spell - Engine Uprade

Attribute: SPELL

Type: Continuous

Lore: Activate only while "Speed World - Fast Lane" is active. During each of your Standby Phases, you gain 2 Speed Counters from "Speed World - Fast Lane" instead of 1. When this card is removed from the field, reduce your Speed Counters by 5.

 

 

Name: Saftey Car

Attribute: TRAP

Type: Normal

Lore: Activate only while "Speed World - Fast Lane" is active and when you take Battle Damage that causes you to have less Speed Counters then your opponent. Your opponent's Speed Counters become the same as yours. For 3 turns, negate the turn count on "Speed World - Fast Lane" and you and your opponent cannot use the effect of "Speed World" to place Speed Counter on themselves.

 

 

Name: Red Flag

Attribute: TRAP

Type: Counter

Lore: Activate only while "Speed World - Fast Lane" is active and when you lose 4 or more Speed Counters due to an opponents card effect. Your opponent's Speed Counters become 0. For the next 2 turns, Your opponent cannot use the effect of "Speed World" to place Speed Counters on itself. After this effect has resolved, increase the turn count on "Speed World - Fast Lane" by 1.

 

 

Name: Black and White Flag

Attribute: TRAP

Type: Normal

Lore: Activate only while "Speed World - Fast Lane" is active. Add 1 "Black Flag" from your Deck to your hand.

 

 

Name: Black Flag

Attribute: TRAP

Type: Counter

Lore: Activate only while "Speed World - Fast Lane" is active. Select 1 of the following effects:

• When you lose 10 or more Speed Counters. Inflict damage to your opponent for each Speed Counter you lost x 400.

• If this card was added from your Deck to your hand by the effect of "Black and White Flag", you can activate this card from your hand when you take Battle Damage. Instead of you, your opponent takes an amount of damage equal to double of that damage.

 

 

Name: Speed Spell - Wet Tyres

Attribute: TRAP

Type: Continuous

Lore: Activate only while "Speed World - Fast Lane" is active. If you or your opponent activates "Speed Spell - Sudden Downpour", each Standby Phase, gain 2 Speed Counters. This card's effect is unaffected by "Speed Spell - Sudden Downpour".

I say you shoudn't make a new field spell... just leave it be a continous spell card so there is no need to touch the original Speed World(all you need to do is cut the Speed World effs of from Fast Lane). I like the most of these card, expecially the "Yellow Flag".
