I have been playing a gnome Warrior since Vanilla WoW

I started on Burning legion as a Rogue, but that got too boring for me, I stopped playing him at a round level 50. My friend was going to start an alt, so I started one with him. He made a gnome warlock, and I made a gnome warrior, We leveled together for a while until he started playing his first character more. I kept playing my warrior and eventually reached level 60. I got into my friends raiding guild and I raided with that raiding guild all the way through most of the Vanilla wow content.

When Burning crusade came out, the guild went into leveling mode. Since the change in raid number sizes forced the guild to only take a few people a week, the bulk of the guild split up and went searching for other guilds. I eventually left over an argument that really pissed me off. I got into some other guilds. I progressed through Kara pretty slowly. Eventually I ended up in a pretty stable guild, I took the role of Main Tank and we eventually had Kara on farm. The leader of that guild was an jabroni and eventually, again I left over an argument. I took a short break from WoW and found some other hobbies.

I started to play again after a month or so. I started to PvP alot, I havent been able to scince I was always a tank for any of the guilds I joined (My DPS gear was alot better than most warriors, but scince my tanking gear was always better than other tanks, I got stuck dealing with retarded rogues who don't understand the concept of feint and vanish) After a few months of arena I joined one more guild, I made good friends with the people in this guild and we were starting to go through ZA and other T5 content. My friend who I played with pre BC transferred to Crushridge with is (jabroni) cousin. Me and him were really good friends now so, I decided to move with him. Regretfully, I left the only good guild I was ever in.

Life on Crushridge sucked, to say the least. I progressed through most of the t5 by now, and finding a guild I could fit in was a real chore. I started PvPing a little more, I made it to 1850 with some random druid and collected all my S2 gear. Bored with the game, I took another break.

4 months later, and out comes Sunwell. This drove me to play again. I got exalted with the Shattered sun, Got a while hawkstrider from Kael and had virtually the best gear in the game. I was loving it, I played more than I ever did, and then out comes the WOLTK patch.

I stayed on Crushridge upto level 80, thats when I started talking to another friend, who I met outside of WoW started a charicter on Natherzeim. I decided to move there to

play with him, my other friend, who I played with back in Vanilla had stopped playing. By the time I was able to move to Natherzeim (Transfers had always been a chore for me) My

friend had already reached 80 and was in a pretty decent guild. His rank got me into the guild and set as (again) main tank. and Thats where I am now, Although I am taking another break from WoW. To focus on school and crap

funk, I wrote a lot. anyways that's my story of WoW

Jesus, this must be the most I have ever written here.

I'm on Shadowsong with a lvl 46 Gnome Warlock and a lvl 20 Dwarf Hunter.

I'm also on a pretty stable farming guild. A lot of the people on my guild are especially helpful to low lvl characters and help them make runs through instances. They also have raids but they are not as important.

So, what does everyone think about patch 3.1.0?

My friend, owns his own private server that has more then Lich King availability. We're experts on the game due to having Lv. 70's before we just stopped paying, so owning a private server for us, is okay. I'm a GM on it, which is alright knowing that you can just teleport to places, which is a lot easier then taking loads of boats and flight paths. Nothing special, really. I enjoy playing it once every now and then, but I really fail to find it addictive.

EDIT:

Although it's fake, this would be totally epic.

I'm an engineer. Cloak enchant gets +11 spell power. Roflcopters and motorcycles interest me more than the really hardcore min maxing. There are people that go insane because I don't have +23 haste on my cloak.

It really wont make up for other profession specific enchants, they'll still be superior to the engineering enchants. Besides that, there's still a lot of stuff that needs to be fixed with engineering. The point that stands out to me the most are the mediocre helmets and buying the parts for the motorcycle from a vendor instead of making them ourselves.

What about the haste "trinket" to gloves?

From a warrior's perspective, its useless. Haste is a useless stat for warriors

For every other class, there's better enchants available.

Although the change that gives 800 armor to plate gloves makes it somewhat useful for tanks (Druids get screwed over though, I'm sure they'll change that though)

Still a pretty half assed buff IMO
