If you're planning on using Shrink with Kycoo/Snipe for a CCV target, that simply won't do. -1 Rush Recklessly-1 Snipe Hunter-1 CCV-2 Kycoo (side it) +3 Thunder King Rai-Oh+2 Bottomless Trap Hole Honest would work too, but if you do down that route you might as well make it dedicated Counter Fairies and remove the Gadgets.
