Updated. Now there are Level 7-12 Tuners. I will eventually get all the monsters up, though. Here's a hint: There will be 48 monsters, 24 of which go into the Extra Deck.

Synchronized Dragon is in error. It says if used with another Tuner, but isn't a Tuner itself.

 

The idea is interesting, though it fundamentally changes the nature of Synchros and Dark Synchros (being that of 1 Tuner/Dark Tuner + other monsters).

All Synchros will say "More than 1 Tuner can be used in this card's Synchro Summon." Remember: When a card goes against the rules, the card wins. Also, there will be 12 Dark Tuners and some Dark Synchros soon. Also, here's a spoiler:
