But since it is yet to be released in the TCG, Instant Fusion + Summon Level 3 Tuner is probably your best bet since the other ways are either ruined by the ban list or require more cards than what is really needed. You never want to draw a /AM monster, so you use 2 in the deck, so there's a less chance of drawing them, even if you use 3 Assault Teleports.
