Hey all and welcome to my New Roleplay, its a Ninja Vs Ninja roleplay. I hope you guys will like the idea and join. Also plz read everything to understand fully what you must do and what will happen in the RP. Thanks to all who may or may not join.

Imagine a world, where Ninjitsu violence and Psychic powers were dominant in day to day life. In the Country’s of this world, Ninjas of people from ages 14 to 30 and higher exist, all with their own names and their own unique powers. One man in all this chaos controls them, leaving them in negligence, this man however causes wars between the Twp, the Ninjas gather at certain places, fighting using their fists, weapons, unique Jutsu and their unique Psychic powers.

 

Psychic powers use your mind and body's energy; using it all up would exhaust the user to an extreme, using it further endanger the user's life. Psychic powers are only moving and stopping objects, the size that can be lifted depends on your mind's strength. Though psychic powers aren’t limited to that, spirits would befriend a psychic user, endowing the person with the powers of the spirit, for example one was a fire fox spirit, and the user would gain fire powers and if mastered, would learn how to take a form, usually looks similar to the spirit. In rare cases as in Hayate Masaru’s Case you may even inherit Rare abilities giving you the power to control others minds.

 

Ninjitsu Jutsu ninja use Jutsu by manipulating a form of energy known as Chakra, a combination of the physical and mental energies in the body. Jutsu are classified into three categories: Genjutsu, techniques that produce illusions; Taijutsu, physical attacks that generally use only the body's physical energy; and Ninjutsu, general techniques that do not fall into either of the other two categories.

 

There are 5 elements/Country and a number of abilities that go with them.

 

There are 5 main Elements

Wind

Water

Fire

Earth

Thunder

 

 

 

[spoiler=Psychic Abilities]

these main elements are adapted to the following specialties; the specialties will be infused with one of the elements.

 

Sniper- Sniper allows one to throw small objects are bullet speed, the smaller, the quicker the shot

Throw- A fairly brutal type, it allows one to lift large objects with ease but using their psychic powers, it not only lifts objects, it can make a large rock to throw by breaking off a bit of the ground

Ability Based- Ability based is rather rare, since ability based ones, two are never the same, some may be similar but will always have one indistinct difference. Ability based are based around the ability

Mimic- While this doesn’t mimic the element, it mimics the specialty or ability if its ability based.

Sever- The sever is a rare one, it allows one to swing their arm in a slicing motion, slicing anything in that range, it's like having a large invisible sword that can extend whenever you want

Darkness- This type has no element whatsoever, this specialty allows one to manipulate shadows, darken areas for ideal escapes and shoot balls of darkness.

Light- A element less one, this specialty is usually dependant on blinding the opponent, then taking the opportunity to send shots of light which come in high numbers

Electronic- This is actually one that can be learned and added, though it is difficult to learn and is easiest when infused with a thunder spirit. It's use? Got a broken TV? Zap it with this specialty to repair it, though it cannot work when the TV is physically broken.

Gravity- An extremely rare specialty, though it requires no element, this type is able to make orbs or gravity that is heavy depending on the amount of gravity that is put into it. It is also able to stomp the ground with gravity

Quick Draw- While this is actually a basic specialty that can be learned, it is still useful, this specialty is known by experts, it is able to shoot a shot of the element one owns, for example thunder, using quick draw allows one to quickly shoot a shot of thunder at a superhuman speed.

Plasma- This is a fire mastery, so it's fire only, plasma is able to be used not only underwater but on land as well, plasma is able to melt things nearly instantly

Ice- This is the water mastery, ice is extremely good for trapping opponents and buying time, this mastery is the sort that consumes the whole field of combat

Lightning- Much quicker than thunder, lightning can hit multiple enemies at once and has a stronger stun effect but sub consequently doesn’t get any stronger.

Pulse- This ground mastery allows the user to send a pulse through the ground; it's a focused earthquake, consumes less energy and can be redirected.

Razor- This Wind mastery allows the user to focus the wind into a more concentrated form, meaning it's quicker and there's more slicing ability behind it, in addition all normal wind attacks gain a razor effect.

There are 3 sides to enter a App for, the Ninjitsu side, the Psychic, and Hayate’s Army, remember that which ever side you choose you will still be a Ninja, but with a Different or combined abilities. For applications of Ninjitsu and Psychic you will be the Leader of 100 troops of that type. If you are an Applicant for Hayate’s army you will be able to use both 5 Ninjitsu, and 5 Psychic abilities.

He is sarcastic, hiding his true emotions behind his smiling face.Sōjirō usually dresses up in a blue kimono with white handguards.

acctually its pretty easy to understand if you read everything, First since you chose Psychic side you can only use Psychic abilities not Ninjitsu Jutsu, Check the Psychic list of abilties to see what is available as techniques. Also you cannot have guns at this time they don't even exist

Bio:This young woman and practitioner of iron eres has an extraordinary talent with the sword. She belongs to the Valens family, a once-great line of knights whose existence is well-known throughout the world. Chloe feels pressured by her family's reputation because the Valens line was dishonored after the death of Chloe's parents, and tries her hardest to live up to what she thinks a knight should be. She comes to the Legacy to avenge her parents, and she is single-minded and focused in achieving that goal, sometimes to the point of irrationality. Most of the time, she appears very serious and determined, but she also has moments of exuberance, and occasionally worries about silly things.She also has strong feelings for Senel and is initially highly jealous of Shirley. Chloe doesn't know how to swim, a weakness she takes very seriously.
