HORUS
This is a different kind of Monarch deck. Basically it centers around raping your opponent's monster presence. 3 Caius the Shadow Monarch3 Zaborg the Thunder Monarch3 Mobius the Frost Monarch2 Raiza the Storm Monarch1 Gorz the Emissary of Darkness1 Chaos Sorcerer1 Cyber Dragon3 Krebons3 Gravekeeper's Spy2 Mystic Tomato1 Sangan1 Spirit Reaper1 Treeborn Frog 3 Soul Exchange3 Enemy Controller1 Brain Control1 Emergency Teleport1 Monster Reborn1 Mystical Space Typhoon1 Heavy Storm1 Scapegoat 2 Phoenix Wing Wind Blast1 Mirror Force 3 Stardust Dragon3 Red Dragon Archfiend2 Colossal Fighter2 Black Rose Dragon1 Thought Ruler Archfiend1 Goyo Guardian1 Gaia Knight, Force of the Earth1 Magical Android I actually put this together as a joke, but upon playing with it, I discovered that it is actually quite effective. Playing against Lightsworn and DAD, I was able to rack up 8 wins and only 1 loss, due to a typical hand of 2 Monarchs, 1 Soul Exchange, Monster Reborn, 1 Mystic Tomato, and 1 Krebons. The only problem I encountered was when I drew several monarchs in a row, but that quickly became no problem when I drew Brain Control. So, say what you will, but this actually runs pretty well. By the way, I'm working on getting another PWWB, 2 more Solemns, and Allures.
Tronta
14 not-readily-summonable monsters makes for a lot of dead draws. drop mobius.replace him with a trunade and 2 monsters that you can easily summon. i almost want to say you can take out a zaborg and use one of those mobius spots for a pair of prime materials.or jinzo. in fact, go with jinzo over mobius.more effective at stopping mts. HORUS
11 monarchs is fuckign pro! Spelling 'funking' wrong is funking pro! Obviously 11 Monarchs is ridiculous. That's exactly what I was thinking when I made this. Turns out it's actually quite nice to start out with a 3 Caius, 3 Soul Exchange hand.

「tea.leaf」
mausoleum makes your life easier You have no idea how Monarchs function, do you? I have to agree, the deck isn't well-balanced attribute-wise, but that's easily fixed.
Psycho Shocker Android
+1 foolish burial bah 11 monarch is ok Brian was running more than this when he qualified for worlds. When treeborn frog is in the grave your deck could be 39 monarch and you'd be fine.
