Holy Babylon
I was talking about Germany. Germany is not allowed WMDs, America can, Russia can, almost any country can, but Germany can not.
ragnarok1945
even that is meant to end at some point. Think about it, imagine when the time comes when our tech can reach the point of advanced space travel (and by that I mean a space flight from Earth to Mars is like a bus ride). Now you still have a few countries back in the farming nation age, with no industries of ANY kind (as an extreme example) because of what was imposed onto them after a war they more than a century ago. You think we're still not going to lift a rule for them to have even the slightest industries?

Holy Babylon
Canada won't do smack. They'll drink maple syrup and watch on TV as we blow eachother up and laugh at it. I will too in my space bunker. About that WMD thing: The rule has no set date, which means Germany is meant to keep it until the countries which have signed it, or itself, is gone. Jericho
WW1 was started by Austria-Hungary when the Serbian terrorist Gavrilo Princep assassinated Arch Duke Ferdinand of the previously aluded to Austria-Hungry. I think that if they could deploy their troops fast enough, China would probably be the strongest power.

And that's supposed to mean they're no match for American troops? ragnarok1945
Please. You should know even in the nuclear age, quantity has a quality of its own (unlike back in the Korean war, when we thought by now overwhelming numbers can no longer make a difference anymore)

Wyhe
Here, let me paint you guys a picture of how the world will be like in a WWIII... -Taiwan will declare its independence by the Democratic Progressive Party -China will then invade Taiwan to fulfill its "One China" policy -USA & NATO/EU will respond with an attack on China -most of Middle East, most of Africa & other Communist countries (Cuba, North Korea, Laos, Vietnam) will join with China & attack neighbouring countries -Japan, Israel, non-communist Southeast Asia, Australian & other American nations will aid US-NATO-EU -Mongolia, Central Asia will conquered by China -Cuba will conquered by US -Pakistan will join China to attack India -India will join US to defend -North Korea will attack the South -South Korea helps US too -and after all the fighting... -such a war will deprive US, China & most of the world into weakened states, leaving the CIS (headed by Russia) to assume the role of the sole superpower of the post-WWIII world.
