In order to even out the heroes powers, I have a larger amount of officers under my command and many informants, so I can randomly appear where you guys go vigilante. IC: Kaito was sitting in his office when a call came in. A shadowy man wearing a trenchcoat appeared on his video screen. "Cheif, we have just got reports of a vigilante with medieval style weapon killing 6 thugs and a victim. Shall we deploy our teams there sir?" quickly said the informant. "No. This could be an opportunity to test...'SWORDSMAN'..." the chief replied. "SIR! With all due respect, that unit is not ready yet!""Deploy it now!""...Yes sir..." "Hello, how was your weekend?" A man called as he walked up behind Phantom with a man behind him with a shotgun. "Fine, now what did you want?" Phantom asked anger in his eyes, "Your life!" The man yelled and instantly Phantom jumped up and began choking the man, the shot gunner realized what was happening and shot Phantom in the right eye."AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!" Phantom screamed for all to hear as the two men ran away, after some time Phantom had lost so much blood and been screaming so much that he fell unconscious. Phantom said as he started crying, "You don't know what I have gone threw, ALONE!" Phantom said starting to walk away but tripping due to his vision, "Just go away." They quickly headed for the parking lot, locked and loaded. The team took cover in the nearby mall. One of them pulled out a handheld radar device. "Three humanoids detected sir. Elevated heart rate from two suggests that they know we're here." reported the technician."Alright then. Get ready to deploy the WHIRLPOOL.
