[align=center]Okay, I don't know about you, but many new members and even some more experienced members can't keep their repping under control. They rep carelessly and hopefully others people realize this: We need to do something about it!.
So this goes to all the Members who need to keep their repping under control!

Positive Repping
Rewarded for doing things like helping new members in doing something really important, winning contests, birthday gifts, or even as a "thanks" rep for maybe helping judge a contest.
Not for things like "You make good cards" and "your cool"!
Neutral Repping
Usually used as a warning, or telling a member something like "I love sonic just like you do" <---- Can be "iffy" though :/
Not for things like "Hi" or "My name is bob" <----Haven't seen these, just as example.
Negative Repping
Used for things such as a member keeps spamming, or any reason good enough to neg someone.
Not for things like you suck, or you hate my card.
Hopefully many people will understand and maybe help the rep-spam stop!
