You create cards for the fun of it and showcase it to the people of this website, and yes you can use images of real yugioh cards and make your own effects for them that's what I did (check my user cp if you want to see them) Theres a website that's coming out pretty soon called YVD where we create our own yugioh cards just like here on YCM and put them in a database and we can actually play with the cards on the website like a real duel, I don't know when the website is gonna be released but I can't wait to get on to it!
