OCG Help needed (1 rep to the person that helps!)

Hello everyone kind enough to look at this thread, as you can probaly guess I need some OCg help with my card, normally I would post it under a normal name like "The name of the card", but here since im doing this card as part of a set and I'd rather that the whole set wasnt wrong I chose to post here first,

 

Effect: When this card is Summoned you may select one face-up monster on the field, then select one Attribute, the selected monster is then treated as the selected Attribute as long as it is face-up on the field. Once per turn, when this card is face-up on the field you may discard one card and select an Attribute, your opponent then takes damage equal to the number of monsters face-up on the field with that Attribute x500.

 

OCG help greatly appreciated, 1 rep to the first person who gets it completely (or as close as I can tell) correct.

When this card is Normal Summoned or Flip-Summoned, you can change the attribute of 1 monster face-up on the field. or something like that. Im not so sure about the face-up thing and the last sentence. Sorry
